Le service est très lent et j'arrive toujours pas à accéder à l'appli Ecobank alors que je me suis pleins à plusieurs réperises

Worst bank ever I tried to get a loan of 150000€ when I always had to pay an amount every month to get the money I was done with it and I tried to get my money back 2 years later almost 3 years later I paid 14000€ and didn't get a single loan yet now I get d20-02-2024 my money back 140000€ for that I have to pay 500€ to get it back incredible that it took 3 years to get me money back scam I advise you not to do anything with this bank

I have had experiences with banks both locally and internationally, but I have never encountered such an unreliable institution as Ecobank kenya, I am unsure if it's just the customer service that is unreliable or the entire system, but I am disappointed. The reason for my disappointment is that I have been trying to open an account online and have been encountering errors. Each time I reach out to customer service representatives, they promise to call back, but they never follow through. It has been weeks now, and no one has made any effort to contact me. I have been banking with Stanchard and NCBA, and they have always been prompt in serving their customers. Therefore, I am disappointed and no longer wish to be a customer of Ecobank.

If there was a zero, I would rate it that. Imagine my account been locked for a month now due to their service error, even after providing all necessary documents, still no reasonable response, like they don’t care about matters of urgency. On top my own money again. Ah if I was not out of the country, the madness I would have displayed in their office, they will tell me if they are the ones who made my money for me

The online service is too poor. The customer service can't answer your email. If you are not living in the Ecobank countries in Africa (33) don't do business with them because international banking does not work with Ecobank. No customer service at all.

Ecobank is the worst of all African banks.
First transaction I did with them was a rapid cash transfer as a Nigerian living in Ghana in 2019.
This is a terrible thing that brought a lot of havoc in my life even while living in my country.
I sent about a hundred dollars which never went through. The worst was that this Ghanain branch noticed that I was in a hurry and didn’t concentrate well. Because of this, they gave me a useless receipt and each time I request my money from them, they always referred to the uselessness of the receipt which their own worker gave me inside their bank premises - Ecobank, Accra mall, Accra, Ghana.
Never do anything with Ecobank Africa and never do anything with their Rapid transfer.
They are owing me damages.

Les cartes Visa Gold de Ecobank RD Congo ont subitement commencé à facturer des commissions allant de 60 USD à 100 USD sur chaque retrait au distributeurs en Afrique du Sud, et des commissions allant de 30 USD à 100 USD sur chaque achat en ligne. Non seulement c'est du vol cf j'ai perdu environ 500 USD ces 3 derniers jours par des commissions qui n'ont pas été signalées au préalable, mais aussi ça ne peut pas être logique de couper autant d'argent. En plus de cela, j'ai voulu fuir vers leurs cartes virtuelles, malheureusement là-bas aussi impossible de créer une nouvelle carte car je possède 3 anciennes crtes déjà expirées et impossible de supprimées les cartes anciennes. Quelle banque !!!
J'ai décidé de me concentrer maintenant à mes comptes avec FNB SOUTH AFRICA

I created an account last year 2022 Ecobank deny me access to my account and as an information to everyone trying open an account in Ecobank Gambia or any other country in Africa, don't do it. Find an other who are more reliable, trustworthy and transparent.

Ecobank can be frustrating, because of their service delivery, I had to abandoned the account I open with them. Many people are complaining the same thing.

Déçue. Beaucoup de services banque en ligne de fonctionnent pas. L’appli ecobank mobile necessite beaucoup d’améliorations. Pas la meilleure en tous cas

Ecobank est une banque panafricaine qui est basée dans quelques pays en Afrique .
Je possède des comptes ouverts à ecobank mais ses services laissent à désirer .dans nos comptes certaines sommes disparaissent sans explications aux préalables .
Dans les contrats il existe des conditions qu’on explique pas aux clients et on ne donne pas de temps aux de lire toutes les conditions et qu’on ait un avais d’une personne compétente à la matière avant de signer le contrat.
J’espère qu’il vont résoudre ces problèmes .

Banque à éviter si vous voulez pas retarder sur vos requêtes.
Tu as beau écrire des mails à leur service client, ils répondent pas vites et ton dossier traîne.

Je n'ai jamais vu une banque pareille .. Je déconseille fortement .. (j'ai tous les docs justifiant mes propos) ..
