Had to pre-order the bath robe but it actually arrived quicker than they said it would. I was a bit disconcerted by the creamy colour of the robe but I'm guessing that is because it is made from unbleached cotton. Bought as a Christmas present so will have to wait to find out whether the recipient likes it!

Timely delivery and while not tested as yet (bought as a pressy) brush appears to be pretty good quality and frankly preferred to buying from online market places who import poor quality items from far east.Worth paying extra for a more quality product

Comfy well made spa slippers
I am a male size 9 shoe, the slippers are listed large and supposed to be for a 10/11.
They are what I hoped in quality and well padded in towelling but my heel hangs over the herl edge very slightly. They could be 5mm longer ideally, I doubt at all they would fit 10/11.

Good service, slightly disappointed with one item
Because one of the soaps I'd ordered was out of stock, they rang me to ask what to replace it with - good service!
The items arrived well-packaged and undamaged.
I am slightly disappointed with the Bamboo Bath Puff: it's smaller than I expected and very tightly packed so it's quite hard to use effectively. Perhaps it will loosen up with use...

Be careful when ordering from this site
I ordered a bundle of a bath tray and a bath salt but I received the tray only. I contacted the customer service team who refused sending me the bath salt saying that I should have added it to my order. There is no option to add it separately, only to select the type. They stopped responding to my email so I guess they are not going to send the other part of my order. Just be careful when ordering from Eco Bath London.

Thank you for your custom and comments you made.
After discussing this matter with our team, e have accepted that the information that we had on our website was misleading and we have updated it now.
We have had our email exchange just a couple of days ago and we have decided to send you Epsom salt after our meeting. Making any comment or not would not have made any change about sending you the requested item.
Pleased to let you know the Epsom salt is on its way to you. You just needed to give us time for response. It was not like we stopped our response after many emails exchange.

Product was delivered well packaged and on time. The addition of a lavender posy stuck down with a "thank you" sticker was a nice touch. The product itself is very good quality.

Easy process
Easy process. prompt delivery well packagedand of course beautiful soaps.
We have been trialling an assortment of soap on a ropes but Eco Bath are a stretch ahead of their rivals!

Finally!
Finally, some travel slippers that fit my feet! Hotel slippers seem to be made for people with tiny feet. I'm a size 9, so not huge, so now I can take these with me when I travel.

My slippers are really soft and comfortable. They are well made as well.
