The quality is absolutely beautiful

The quality is absolutely beautiful. They are exactly what I am looking for. Undyed soft organic cotton.

Also, the customer service team is efficient. I placed the order in the evening and received my order the next day.

Fit for purpose...?

Fit for purpose?
The delivery, service and most of the products were absolutely great :-).

Just the wooden soap dishes spoiled it. I bought two, and as soon as they got wet, they were ruined. The wet wood leaves a brown residue on the worktop and dyes the soap brown. The soap dishes really need waxing or varnishing or a stand or something, so they can handle wet soap!!

Easy ordering process and fast

Easy ordering process and fast delivery. I really wanted some towelling slippers and I love the ones I got from Eco Bath London, they were inexpensive but they’re comfortable and they do the job. While there I picked up some bath bombs/fizzers which I haven’t used yet but they smell lovely and are currently looking nice in my bathroom.
