westcoast boat sales ltd in canada have purchased two boats the first one we received is very poor quality the sides of the hall are warped the body work and paint is incredibly poor they do not know what they're doing when it comes to body work I would never purchase anything from this company again and I would highly recommend nobody purchasing anything from them they are the cheapest quality manufacturer that I have ever dealt with, they have refunded me for the second boat since it was still in their possession but the first boat they offered me a small reduced price which I am stuck with a boat that is a piece of junk I did not get all the options that I asked for especially the hull design, update: The refrigerator , seats and diesel heater i sent them to install. The will not send them back ,its called theft in my opinion ,

Don’t bother ordering from this company, they back out of any kind of support after a few months.
We ordered 4 off-road caravans and initially the company supported us well with replacement parts for those that were faulty, but now the sales agent is just unresponsive. 3 months we have been waiting for parts that were either missing or were simply not strong enough. There appears to be no interest in communicating despite a colleagues continuing nudge from another dept from within the company group.
