The order was cancelled because they ran out of product. They could have just done a bigger box, as a first time customer of a pretty expensive product I was dissappointed.

This seems to be a fraudulent site. I placed an order on June 19, and today, on July 7, it has not been dispatched. I just keep getting mails that they have packed the parcel, but not shipped it yet. They dont respond to any emails either

I ordered the three box subscription for a pregnant friend, she got her first of three boxes and loved it but never got the second or third and she’s due in a few weeks. I sent an email three weeks ago—no reply. Really disappointed as this was not an inexpensive gift. No phone number to call only an email. Wouldn’t recommend.

I would not reccomend Eco Centric mom to any one. This subscription is a joke and they have robbed me of my hard working money. In the boxes they give you, everything is so cheap and not worth what you pay for!! I paid almost $500 for a whole year subscription and I would say each box wasn't even worth $25!!! I kept getting the same exact items in every box as well!!! Then it got worse, they skipped my boxes two months in a row and it was like pulling teeth to get through to anyone and get my two missing boxes sent to me. When I finally got my two missing boxes they were duplicates of the previous boxes I received (same stuff almost every month) I have so many duplicates of products (which are very cheap) and they won't even take them back or send me different items. I even offered to pay for shipping to send all the stuff back!!! The stuff they use are lotions and bath salts THATS ALL THEY EVER SEND! And the products are watery and leek all over and are not a help to a pregnant woman. I think it is a cheap based lotion and they just try and make it smell good with a cheap cheap cheap oil to say "its all organic". I have even googled a few of the things sent in a box to see what the item is worth and sadly, again, very cheap non of the items added up to what it should be. I was told that they will not under any circumstances give me any of my money back or refund and that they were just going to cancel the rest of my boxes that are supposed to get sent to me. First of all, legally they cannot do that without me agreeing to not having the rest of my boxes sent to me. They were seriously not going to send me what I paid for. Bottom line, I wished I would have tried a different mommy subscription box, I have a lot of other subscription boxes that I get monthly for the last 5 years from food to beauty and I have never had a bad experience with any of them!! Eco Centric is terrible do your research first my people just trying to save your selfs from such bullcrap I had to deal with. I really didn't want to write this review and I really really tried to talk to these people to make things better and this is the outcome.

I loved my box! It had a variety of useful things that I use everyday. I cant wait for my next one.

the items were ok, i would have preferred to not get an item that i had JUST selected for my following box (did not really want a repeat of some sunblock), the snacks were neat and i liked the coupon, i enjoy variety in my boxes

I wish there had been some snacks in the first box.

Although useful, many of the products in the box were given to me for free as registry gifts from baby stores.

I love this box! I immediately use almost everything I get in this box, unlike another subscription box I’ve tried. I’ve also gotten the mystery box, which was full of great products. I’ve been a subscriber for three months, and so far I’ve gotten makeup, skin care items for both my son and I, a toy, a book, a sippy cup, home products and other miscellaneous items, and yummy foods! I think this box is well worth the money, and would definitely recommend it to friends and family who are interested in natural products. I subscribe to the “Mom and toddler” box, and I love that it comes with fun products for both my son and I. I also really appreciate that I get to pick two of my items each month so I know I will love them, but still get surprised by the others. This is the perfect box for me. I look forward to receiving it each month and hope to be a long time subscriber!

I received this as a gift. Everything was wonderful.

Just didn’t think the box was worth the money. A lot of the items were not applicable.

Was initially sent the wrong box but it was quickly addressed and rectified. To receive replacement in a few days.

The idea of the box is good but I don't care about some items that I got. There should be more customization for example: don't send any make up items for mom, instead send for example household items.

I really love getting my ecocentric mom and baby box every month. I was gifted 6 months when my baby was born and I loved it so much I signed up myself. I love the products and I think the value is good!

The value of the items FAR exceeded the cost of the box, and I loved pretty much everything inside. I already had one of the items, but I love it so much I didn't mind having more! I can't wait for my next box!

The products look great, but the paper included said to go to the website to learn about the products. One of the items I received wasn't on the website. I think it would be better for the paper to give a description of the products included in the box.

I am so thrilled with the box I received from Ecocentric Mom. Everything I received is fantastic, packaging was great, and it was well worth the price. Shipping was a little weird, but that was because USPS didn't scan something properly as the box progressed along its shipping route and was not the fault of Ecocentric Mom at all. In fact, when I contacted their customer service to ask about this I received a prompt and well-thought-out response. I will be continuing this subscription and will definitely be recommending it to others!

I loved the variety of products and the quality is great! I can't wait for my next box!
