Brilliant. New boiler installed within one day, which included installation of thermostatic valves on radiators, leaking taps cured, worn out pipe work replaced. All this with a very high standard of workmanship. Thanks to the ECo 4 scheme my carbon emissions will be reduced by 40%. (Our existing boiler was 50 years old!) Thank you so much to the team and to the government grant.

What an amazing experience, from beginning to end Awais at Eco Green Upgrades, explained whole process and arranged for a great company to complete the installation Fast Gas Solutions, Shabz was great completed the whole install ( which was far from straightforward) over a day and a half , full of great humour nothing got him down even the tricky bits!
Arrived at exactly the time he said he would , we had to go out to a hospital appointment and more than happy to leave Shabz to get on while we were out.

From the initial consultation, through the survey and onto the installation our whole experience of working with this company was first class.
particularly impressive was the dedication of shabz and his team during the installation; they threw themselves into the job working late into the first evening and then coming back on the Saturday to finish off. It was a tricky job due to the old plumbing in our house but everything was finished to perfection.

They were very efficient, worked hard all day and left us with a lovely new boiler, lovely running hot water and easy to work the therostat, explained everything to us and we are very pleased with our new boiler, would recommend Fast Gas , did a very good job

I recently had the pleasure of having a new boiler installed through the government ECO4 scheme with Eco Green Upgrade, and I must say the entire experience exceeded my expectations.

From our very first contact, the team at Eco Green Upgrade demonstrated remarkable professionalism in navigating the government scheme requirements and ensuring all paperwork was processed efficiently. What particularly impressed me was how quickly they assigned Fast Gas Solutions to handle my installation - their responsiveness was outstanding.

The Fast Gas Solutions team deserves special recognition for their exemplary service. From day one, they provided clear communication about the entire process, including a detailed timeline of what to expect. They kept my wife and me thoroughly informed at every stage, explaining any issues they encountered along with practical solutions.

Their attention to detail was remarkable - they arrived punctually, wore protective shoe covers to maintain cleanliness, and were incredibly mindful of our property throughout the installation. The technicians took great care to protect our floors and ensured minimal disruption to our daily routine.

Following the installation, they provided comprehensive instructions on how to optimise the performance of my new A-rated boiler, which has already begun reducing my energy bills significantly. Most importantly, they left the property immaculate - not a trace of mess remained, and they even took the time to properly reposition all carpets and furniture.

I have absolutely no issues to report and would wholeheartedly recommend Eco Green Upgrade to anyone considering a boiler replacement through the government scheme. After 18 months of trying to access the government's new-boiler-for-old grant, and having had 4 companies turn me down as it was too complicated, EcoGreen agreed to do the job for me. The whole team worked so hard to make it happen and now I have my brand new boiler, so I am smiling. The engineers were here for two days. They were informative, considerate, hard-working, friendly and tidy. This company gets 5* from me. Thank you to all of them for all their help and hard work to make this happen for me.

Amazing service service all round. Had my 30 year old boiler replaced with a new combi boiler on the government boiler grant scheme. My radiators have never heated up so quick! And hot water is no longer a slow trickle out of the taps.
I’m a very cautious person when it comes to picking a company for any kind of service. I always research first, and you hear stories about cowboy fitters. Eco Green Upgrades have been excellent, from communication to installation time. The surveyors were well mannered and respectful. The installers from Fast Gas Solutions were really great as well, knew exactly what they were doing, treated my property with care, and could tell they wanted to do a quality job. Installation was a few days ago and everything is all working great.

The two lads who arrived at my home were impeccably manored and carried out the insulation works in the loft in a reasonable time, but more importantly they did so cleanly, taking away the rubbish with them, resulting in the loft being left in a pristine condition. Full credit goes to these lads as well as to this company.

Today I had a new boiler fitted, through the Government Improvement Scheme. The three men who came were Shabab, Kas and Ketan (Fast Gas Solutions Ltd.) who worked all day with only two short breaks to eat and drink. They did everything to minimise the mess and explained when there were things that would leave tiles missing or need a carpenter, only continuing with my permission. They were polite, friendly and with a great sense of humour and lots of banter.
I would highly recommend them.
