We used Retrofit Windows to fit Passivhaus standard windows throughout our house. The quality of the windows and the installation is fantastic, these windows are on a different level to standard upvc. Paul is an absolute gent and the customer service was exceptional. I honestly cannot fault the service or the product.

We were completing a self build house in Rhos on Sea, North Wales and were looking for quality energy efficient windows. Paul was really helpful in the selection of the windows. His knowledge of the product was exceptional in terms of colour selection, installation, energy efficiency and value for money.

The installation was challenging but went really well and we have been very happy with the final product. The triple glazed windows and doors have helped us obtain an A97 Energy Efficiency Rating.

We would thoroughly recemmend Paul and his team.

Paul and his team have
been excellent. We had 18 triple glazed windows fitted, along with 4 doors, and 3 large sliding doors. Paul was attentive and flexible throughout. He provided excellent advice and solutions to the builders on structural openings. The installation went very smoothly. After sales service has been great sorting out minor adjustments. The windows look great and work very well. Good company and reliable cheerful people.

We had some of the same windows installed by a different company first. The installation had to be remedied by Paul's team and the difference between the job Paul's team did and the previous job is hard to believe given it's the same product. If you want high quality windows installed, I can speak from experience that it's not worth the risk of using anyone else

After dealing with a few different companies whilst deciding on my windows & doors for my property, I came across Eco home windows & doors & dealt with Paul who was fantastic & very knowledgeable. Everything I needed to know he could tell me, he went above & beyond throughout the process from start to finish. Paul & his team has a fantastic eye for detail & the fitting was seamless making sure that everything was done to a high standard. The windows and doors themselves are amazing quality and I couldn’t be happier with the aesthetic that it has brought to my home but also the energy efficiency too.I can’t recommend eco home windows & doors enough.
