Brilliant company and product and fast delivery

Used sparingly and my dog has become much better behaved.
Corrected his bad habits, don't have to use collar as often now.

Absolutely absurd price for a replacement Aerial .

Great customer service - a swift response to a spare part query and order.
I needed a new cover for the charger port on the remote - which I couldn't immediately spot on the website. A link to order the right part was sent less than 24 hours later, and the part turned up much faster than I had expected, including the correct screw to attach it. I didn't need it as our original screw was still in place - but I might well have done and we've a spare if that does fail.

The product is excellent but I hate the packaging. The collar is packaged in a box that looks like a children's party game. This is a serious product that I dont think should be used without training and with great care. I have been using it for 2 weeks now with great results. My dog and I are once again enjoying off lead walks, BUT I have been working with a trainer for weeks in preparation so that the collar is used appropriately and proportionally to protect wildlife and livestock from my dog with a high prey drive. Packaging it as 'Dog training made easy' with 2 children (both boys) on the box makes it look like a toy.

How to have it as another complimentary teaching layer to a strong foundation which should have clear communication (markers, bridging signals, commands), good understanding of context, generalisation of behaviours in changing settings, understanding of biological drives, breed traits, matrix of motivation (intrinsic + extrinsic motivators), classical + operant conditioning....to name but a few.
