As someone new to online business, I found Ecom Chief very helpful!!... They made the process feel much less scary and more manageable. The support team was polite, responsive, and willing to guide me when I needed help.. Everything was done as promised and timeline maintained...

Scam ! They cancelled a $250 USD order because the system supposedly detected fraud. I have no explanation as to why the system think is fraudulent, and I haven't even been credited yet, so I don't even know if they'll pay me. This site is a scam; don't order from them under any circumstances. The good reviews are all fake be careful they are all bot

I was looking for something affordable and easy to get started online. Ecom Chief was perfect for that. The store looked professional, and the handover process was smoother than I expected. It gave me a solid base to start learning and growing from... No problems in recommending them..

Working with ecom chief was smooth form start to finish. The store design looked premium. Handover was professional and explained clearly. Any questions we had was answered promptly and they even made custom changes to the site without any charges.

We had an excellent experience!!!! We bought 3 dropshipping stores. They gave us a detailed handover of each business, along with a lot of guidance and support to help us get started....The price was also very reasonable. We bought all 3 businesses for under $300. Go for it.

As I’m reading the comments I see a comment from Ani Nandi she wrote that she is happy with the e commerce sites that she purchased but she is the one replying to emails n selling these sites

They sold me a turnkey we site and it was pretty low quality, the 2 million emails are likely ones they give to everyone and not your niche specific and will likely get sent to spam. They stated I would have free hosting for life and then a year later send and random email, no phone call when they couldn't reach me as the email went to spam, that I had to take over hosting payments and because I missed it I'd have to pay $80+to get it back. Bs. Misleading and the customer service is ok until I emailed asking why I didn't get the free hosting for life. I've emailed 3 times about it and they just ghost you. Buyer beware. They're basically working for shopify selling subscriptions for sites that they build with AI. Anyone can do this. Not worth what they ask along with being deceived.

Bought 3 websites from these guys. Had a great experience. Sites were delivered on time and the design and development of the sites were superior to what I have seen in the market. They also were able to help me with marketing and support. All in all I am super happy with Ecom Chief.

I highly recommend not to use this website to by ecommerce sites. We bought two sites from them, I ended up paying more to my developer to fix all the bugs and issues they had. Definitely WONT recommend it. If its priced to well - Guess what , its aint gonna work.

I bought a reseller buisness to sell readymade sites.
Promise was to add more stores as we sell.

After selling few stores ,no new stores were updated.
The list with the reseller website was outdated and I lost sales as the websites listed in my site were already sold.
This guy never bother to respond nor care about your issues.

In-between the sites sold are expensive and you get these ready made sites in eBay for cheap and many Shopify partners are giving for free or get someone from Fiverr for better trust.

I do have all the emails and proofs. So this is not to defame but to give caution to others.
This is way around 2021 ,thought to mention here.
Stay away.

I have an established brand, a TikTok hashtag with over 1 million uses and 30 K followers, and even a sponsorship in place—yet after paying $400, all I got was an empty shell and a never‑ending maze of third‑party subscriptions. Here’s why I’m convinced Ecomm Chef is a scam:

Bot‑Generated “Reviews”

Their site flaunts 1 000+ five‑star reviews, but every review reads the same—and none include real details about sales or results.

I reached out to a few reviewers on LinkedIn and got no response. I’m positive they’re automated or ghost‑written testimonials.

Zero Products, Zero Traffic—Just Copy & Paste

You’re given a store number and a basic “copy‑paste” guide to set up a theme. No apps pre‑installed, no actual product sourcing, no marketing plan.

Every email they send repeats the same boilerplate instructions—never addressing real questions or troubleshooting.

Subscription Trap

They upsell you into a tangle of third‑party tools at premium rates (some with hidden setup fees), claiming each one “drives traffic.”

In reality, none of those subscriptions came with custom setup or real support—just more bills on my credit card.

No ROI, Just Lost Time & Money

After days of tinkering, my store still had zero visitors and zero sales. I outsourced product uploads and marketing to two different freelancers—both confirmed I’d paid for a cloned free template, not a live business.

Total loss: over $5 000 (fees, subscriptions, freelancers).

Bottom Line: Ecomm Chef sells the dream of a fully operational, revenue‑generating store—but delivers only a hollow shell and repeated upsells. If you value your time, money, and sanity, run—don’t walk—the other way.

BEWARE, THEY ARE A SCAM!!

I bought a men's clothing store and after a while, he stopped providing support or helping me sort the issues. he also shares very old videos on how to set things up. He only has the best reviews on his website, not one complaint. He also shares useless emails for marketing with no proper way to use them Overall my experience with the Ecom chief was not great at all and i will not recommend it to anyone.

I purchased a Facebook Agency from Ecomchief and it has been a disaster! The website keeps falling apart when WordPress perform an 'Upgrade'. I have advertised the service on Facebook and have not received 1 single enquiry. Very poor business model. Will not purchase any online business again. Better to start your own DIY website with Wix or Ecwid.

I really like our Online Store; it had almost all the features we needed from the start. When I needed to add a new feature, Ani was quick to assist. He added some code, and presto, the new feature worked without any additional cost. I couldn't have done it without him! Huge thanks to Ani and Ecom Chief for their fantastic support! Our Online Store is user-friendly, and the support team is always ready to help with any questions. This was my first experience with Shopify and Ecom Chief, and I highly recommend it.
