AVOID

They encourage you to do a trial. To do so, you need to give them your credit card.
After seeing the product I knew it wasn't for me.

I have not used the product ever!
In fact there has been ZERO activity on the platform from me.

But they continue to bill my card and I have to keep fighting for credits.

Why is it so hard to get them to honor a free trial? Which in my case was not even that!

I am incredibly frustrated!

Syncs with many sales channels for cheap. Fast learning curve and easy to use. It has far fewer features than SkuVault, but you get what you pay for.

I'd normally give them 3 or 4 stars, but we paid $1,000 for some custom development, which they never delivered. I will update this review if this ever gets resolved.

Update 12.14.20: It was a frustrating process, but we finally received a refund. When the normal channels failed, I reached out to the CEO on LinkedIn, and he promptly took care of it personally.

Lots of things can be done to improve ecomdash, including things which don't work like barcode scanner app.
I think once the team have invested more time into ironing out the creases over the next year then it could be a really good system.

I can not say enough horrible things about eComDash. We are a multichannel seller. I was looking to set up one product feed for Amazon, eBay, Shopify etc. I tried to streamline. I tried to automate. I tried to consolidate. I worked tirelessly. I had to recreate all work flows, accounting processes, product creation methods and selling procedures, down to the smallest detail. I spent all day everyday working on my on eComDash. I even hired help, just to help me manage eComDash. In the end, all I got from eComDash was several wasted months, It literally almost cost me my business. I finally threw in the towel a few months back. Best business move I ever made. Do yourself a favor—-run far far away and don’t look back. Buh Bye Ecomdash

ecomdash is a great listing tool that has made my cross-platform selling a lot more efficient. This means that I can spend less time working IN my business, and more time working ON it. Thank you Liz, and everyone at ecomdash for a great platform!

The slowest software we ever experienced. So you have to be very very patience waiting it to upload any change made online.
the learning curve is very high. Custmomer services is great. I would add access to logs for checking mystery changes made.

I have tested them a couple years ago and it just could not connect to my Woo Store. I gave it a try again and now everything works fine and I am using ecomdash for about 3 months now. I see they have made great improvements and I like what I see. It seems to be doing fine keeping my inventory in order between Woo, Amazon, Ebay and Walmart and I am hoping to expand these channels and add others.
Some processes do not make much sense to me, especially when a product is discontinued, there are a lot of steps to take to de-list and remove. I have my hopes up that it gets fine tuned but I would recommend ecomdash so far

I wanted to like this service after using a few other products that just didn't cut it. The price seemed reasonable, and I just wanted to use it for syncing and multichannel listing.

It does seem to do its job just fine as far as maintaining inventory on multiple channels. I'm trying to understand it's listing functions and I think I'm getting the hang of it. Listing on Amazon isn't available to me yet. They told me that listing is just on a few categories for now, and I'm often listing products that do not exist in the catalog.

The usability and bugs in this software at the beginning made me feel like it was 2003 all over again. They have come aways in the past couple of years, but it's still awkward to use, does not appear to be built on a modern framework. I don't think they use much AJAX, so you end up with a lot of page refreshes so that the backend can do calculations and return a new page (for example, updating prices on a PO). Navigation is very awkward throughout the app. And it can be very slow and doesn't give you progress indicators other than the browser's indication on the tab that it's refreshing and waiting for a page to be returned. :-(

I still use it, but I curse at it a lot. I know there are other options, but the thought of switching to a fourth vendor and going through the pain of that...

I hope they can rebuild this app from the ground up on a faster platform using modern technologies, and under the direction of somebody with solid UX experience. It could be a winner, if only.
