Great delivery and helpfulness

Very professional driver. Excellent customer service and time management. The driver is Manny. Thank you Manny for an excellent service.

The delivery driver Mark J. rang me on Friday to give me his plan and eta, was very polite and reassuring on the phone. He arrived today, exactly how he had scheduled it and everything was perfect. He was friendly and helpful, made sure the car was spotless by giving it a last clean, then proceeded to explain and demonstrate all the controls. I cannot fault him at all, excellent work ethics, thank you Mark!

John was really great to deal with. He called to introduce himself before the delivery day, and to give a rough ETA. On the day he arrived earlier than expected to allow time to get the car off the trailer, and gave me a call to let me know. He was patient and talked me through the main bits on the car. A lovely guy and super helpful. A****

Thanks to Ian Roberts who made the handover of my new car seamless. He took the time to show me how everything worked on the car and addressed any questions or concerns I had confidently. In the past I’ve had cars dropped off without any demonstration. Thank you Ian for your time and patience.

He contacted me the day prior to collection with a collection window and kept me updated with a more accurate ETA on the day. He was friendly, thorough and professional. Excellent service. Good communication and Paul Smart went out of his way (by getting up at 230am!) to deliver the car in time for our window of availability and fully charged!. Would highly recommend!

Paul arrived within the quoted time window and gave an excellent demonstration of the new car, taking time to make sure that all of the connected services were set up. Paul offered to stay with me until I was comfortable with the new controls.
