Friendly and helpful

Had my new VW delivered and my old car taken away by Paul Smart. Could not be happier with the service I received. I was contacted via text the night before and prior to the delivery today and kept updated on the time the delivery would take place. Thanks again Paul for the swift changeover and talking me through the tech on my new car.

The car delivery went very smoothly and I was kept informed of times which is always good as it’s not great to be hanging around all day. The driver Paul was friendly.

From start to finish the whole process was made easy, Ian the delivery driver was friendly , informative and professional, keeping in contact from start to finish. Would highly recommend and if all deliveries are as smooth as mine was with Ian then there should be no complaints.
