Ecom Sharkss handled my Shopify Store design and product research. The niche selection made sense and wasn't overcrowded like other I've tried before. The backend setup, payment integration and apps were already configured properly. It saved me a lot of time figuring things out on my own.

I didn't want to leave a review too early, but after using their service for 4 months, I can confidently say this has been one of my best investment. They handle everything from vendor deals to logistics and even customer support, It's made the whole process so much easier for me. I'm already planning to launch a second store with them.

I’m not just a customer—I’m a business partner who put real money into this, and I’m beyond frustrated with how this has played out.

We were told this was a Texas-based company. That turned out to be completely false—they’re actually operating out of Pakistan, which was never disclosed. Between us, we invested $1,500 for store setup and another $4,000 for inventory. What did we get? Random powdered milk products that couldn’t even be sold and eventually got gated by Amazon.

Communication has been a joke. Phone numbers constantly changed, different names were used, and it felt like they were actively trying to avoid accountability the entire time. Even the phone number and email listed on Trustpilot are bogus.

To make it worse, when my business partner posted a negative review, a “director” responded under the name Muhammad Zayn. Once it became clear we knew who we were dealing with, that same person suddenly changed their name to Zayn Malik. We’ve known the names and faces of the people we’ve been dealing with from the start—Farris Lutalo, Ali Ahmed, Sam Walker, Adam, Shane, and Jasim Rahim—so the constant name changes just add to the dishonesty. After my business partner left his review here, Muhammad Zayn finally reached out and asked him to remove it and when my partner said he would if they refunded our money, Muhammad Zayn said point blank “I’m not going to give you your money back.”

The contract clearly guaranteed at least $4,000/month in revenue after two months—or a full refund. It’s now been eight months with zero results. Zero. After formally requesting the $6,000 refund we’re owed, they completely disappeared. No responses, no accountability—nothing.

At this point, it’s hard not to see this as a scam. If you’re considering working with them, don’t. Learn from our mistake and keep your money.

This company is a fraudulent operation. They originally claimed to be based in Texas, but are actually operating out of Pakistan.
