One of the best Shopify themes I've used. Very easy to customize and the support is truly amazing.

One of the best and easy to use theme and page builder. You can easily create professional and beautiful looking website using this. Best thing about ecomsolid is their customer support. The team is very humble and and communicate very fast. They solve any issue you have within a day. So you won't face any problem in terms of customer support. will recommend to everyone.

Very good app and support are responsive and understand your problem.

Very good app, I am very satisfied with the landing page made, the service is also very good, quickly solved my problem

Not only is the app brilliant and gives lots of different templates to help you create a professional look but the customer service is second to none. I've used lots of apps on Shopify and the EcomSolid team are by far the most helpful and genuine, going out of their way to be supportive and quick to respond. They even helped me with an issue that was nothing to do with their app! I cannot recommend them enough!

The EcomSolid staff is amazing. They help solve any problems I have quickly. Always there to help when I need them. Highly recommend this platform and the staff.

I can't recommend the ecomsolid team enough, I have been working with them for months now building out a website and they truly have gone above and beyond. I have personally dealt with Mia, Nina, and Tate over the last few months and they always get back within 24 hours which has been a great help for me to meet deadlines within my company. If you are thinking about signing up to ecomsolid then let this be the review that helps you make the decision to go for it.

Today like just about every day, I contact Nina on Ecom Solid. I am no genius on the computer, but the help of Nina who always shows me guidance and is always kind, makes me feel as if I can do anything possible. You cannot get any better customer service than this. NINA IS MY HERO 💖

Great help and great customer support, don't feel lonely while creating your brand, I recommend it to everyone!

This is the best theme I have ever tried. It comes with all Adds-on and is simply a conversion machine. The Customer Service is very very supportive. I highly recommend!

Ecomsolid theme and pre made templates are so great that enables for mindful customisation possible in modern design point of view of ecommerce store.

it has everything what is needed for designing ecom store.
customer support are just very helpfull especially Anna 😃 !

wish you guys my best wishes for your team, may get everthing you want to achieve !

This is by far my favorite theme, very customizable, easy to use and beautiful. The best thing about them - is their incredible support.

We needed to install a 3rd party app in order to have more product variant options, we've tried the 3d party app's support at first, and it wasn't successful; then I sent a message to EcomSolid's support to ask for assistance, and in less than 1 day - they've used their developers to install the app for us and made sure it is working smoothly and did all of the liquid and CSS coding for us.

Amazing support, one of the best I've seen.

Great theme with amazing support. Really helpful and responsive. We use the theme for 2 of our shops and I think we will move further shops into this environment. Thank you.

EcomSolid has been solid. Support and features are awesome, and I can't get more excited for future features! Support has always been excellent, and I am looking forward for the app to be available in the Shopify App store so that I will have an easier time to refer the app to ecom buddies.

Very professional support very helpful and very nice The app is the best app I have tried in years Price performance is excellent I don't know any other app that offers so much to build a profitable online store, I will definitely recommend it and advertise for you on my social media channels many thanks that you exist.

There are bad themes, there are good themes, and there is Ecomsolid. I have already built 2 online shops with Ecomsolid. The theme looks great and is very easy to use. But what I appreciate most about Ecomsolid is the great customer service. Customer service is extremely important, nothing is worse when questions arise and no one is available to help. I had a lot of questions about how to optimally set up my shop and needed individual solutions. Anna and the Ecomsolid team always helped me immediately. I have already tried many themes, Ecomsolid has surpassed all others with quality and customer service. Highly recommended

Ecomsolid offers a high quality service. Whenever you have a problem, the customer service responds very quickly and helps you perfectly! Everything is perfect!
