I ordered some fencing and a gate from ecoscape via MKM, I have been waiting 2.5 months for the products and have just been told I have to wait another 4-6 weeks, unacceptable customer service with no solution to hep resolve the situation.

DO not buy from this company.

Do not buy.
I bought the slat wood cladding, each board has 3 slats with a gap between each slat of 11mm. However, when you join the boards the gap is 13mm. So in essence you can see where every board joins. Apparently this is an acceptable tolerance!!! The guy doing the installation video on YouTube even mentions that the shadow gap is consistent over the run of boards….this simply isn’t true.
Good luck if you’re fitting these and have the same issue, Ecoscspe do not care

After sale service is none existing we have been email their Tec team now for over 8 months to try and resolve the issues we have with ecoscope fencing. Our fencing is bowing /cracking and discolouring plus the fence post are splitting and their tec team just do not want to know we have past on all information and pictures they have requested but they just do not reply . In my opinion Not a company I would recommend

Just placed a large order. Couldn’t fault company as they were very helpful. Very accommodating as I was on the phone numerous times and nothing was a problem for Donna in sales.
