Absolutely disgraceful
Iâm extremely disappointed with my experience. I paid £600 for a sofa bed that turned out to be faulty, and what followed was weeks of frustration trying to get the issue resolved.
It took 6 weeks for the company to take any proper action, despite me sending multiple emails and making numerous phone calls. Communication was practically non-existent throughout. I was constantly chasing updates and getting nowhere.
When the sofa bed was finally collected, things somehow got worse. I received a voicemail where, in the background, someone referred to a customer as an âawkward c u # T.â Although they didnât say my name, the timing made it very clear it was about me, especially as I then received a Facebook message from the company just a minute later. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
The staff were consistently rude, and once they had my money, there was absolutely no customer service or care. It honestly felt like I was being ignored until I became a problem they couldnât avoid anymore.
The only positive part of this experience was the delivery men, who were polite and professional, a stark contrast to everyone else I dealt with.
Overall, I would not recommend this company. Poor product quality, terrible communication, and shockingly bad customer service.

This company scams people and refuse to resolve the on going issue with my faulty purchase. I have tried to resolve this problem since February but no further forward.I wouldnât recommend ordering anything from the Sunderland store and Washington Galleries store.

I really regret walking into, this store in Sunderland!! I paid for a 3 seater sofa, and a 2 seater sofa, beginning of September, the delivery was 4 to 6 weeks, it's now almost the end of December. No furniture!! That's almost 4 months, after numerous phone calls, and being given delivery dates. I still haven't received my furniture, they've loaned me 2 sofas, but I want what I paid for! They tell me it's the "Christmas rush" I paid for these in the summer!! They keep fobbing me off. All I want is. my own furniture. I wouldn't advise anyone to use this company

I was in your Wallsend branch a couple of weeks ago looking at buying a sofa for my new house I didnât really know what I wanted other then the colours but Nicole was very friendly and so helpful with everything showing me a wide range of styles and fabrics.. she made it stress free and uncomplicated myself and my husband settled on the empire range and Nicole gave us a good price on a package deal the sofa is simply stunning and I can not wait to have it delivered
