Une machine exceptionnelle , facile
d ‘emploi et très simple a nettoyer. L eau filtrée a le goût d une eau de source, vraiment trop bien !

Auch wenn meine Osmose-Tischanlage nach kurzer Laufzeit falsche Wassermengen ausgegeben hat, wurde alles vom Kundenservice sehr schnell und professionell abgewickelt. Die Kommunikation war freundlich, schnell, lösungsorientiert und ohne unnötige Verzögerungen. Innerhalb kurzer Zeit erhielt ich ein Ersatzgerät. So stellt man sich kundenorientierten Service vor. Klare Empfehlung!

Es werden gebrauchte Geräte versendet. Auf Amazon scheinen die Bewertungen gekauft zu sein bzw. die Gerätetester wurde bezahlt - der Artikel wird oft zurück gegeben und das hat seinen Grund. Nicht nur, dass das Gerät deutliche Gebrauchsspuren aufwies (Fingerabdrücke überall, bereits abgezogene Displayfolie und Schmutz am Krug), es ist scheinbar auch nicht ganz in Ordnung, denn es macht deutlich Geräusche bei der Filterung des Wassers und das ist nicht das normale Geräusch, welches beim Filtern ensteht. Hygiene sollte bei so einem Produkt höchste Prio haben - gebrauchte Ware zu versenden ist ein absolutes No-Go! Der Kundendienst weist alles ab und ist nicht kulant. Der Preis springt zudem rauf und runter. Da das Gerät bereits gebraucht war, weiß man auch nicht, wie sehr die Filter schon abgenutzt wurden. Das Einzige Entgegenkommen des Händlers war, die Preisdifferenz des Amazonpreises zu übernehmen.
Gibt man diese Rezession auf Amazon ab, wird sie gelöscht/nicht veröffentlicht.

Ich habe eine super gute Erfahrung mit dem Service des Unternehmens machen können. Prompt, zuverlässig und vertrauensvoll, genauso wie es sein soll. Hiervon können sich viele, gerade bekannte Unternehmen eine Scheibe von abschneiden.

​I had a minor issue with a small part of the water tank on my Ecoviva purifier. I contacted their support, and the team was incredibly helpful and professional. They offered to send me a replacement water tank free of charge to resolve the problem. I am very satisfied with the product and the outstanding support. Highly recommended!

Compact countertop machine which does the job of basic RO filtering. The glass jar is fragile and breakable but was promptly replaced by customer service. Oveall a great machine for the price!

I bought the Ecoviva Mate 4 two years ago and the machine still works quite fine, but nowadays I can’t find where to find the filters, not on Amazon, and on their website it says “sold out”, so basically I just have a piece of e-waste on my countertop. Never again, better go with a better known company like Brita.

Meine Ecoviva Filteranlage war nach ca 1 ½ Jahren defekt. Die Hilfe und Kommunikation des Kundenservice war perfekt. Ich habe eine komplett neue Anlage erhalten und freue mich weiter auf mein gutes gefiltertes Wasser. Ich kann das Produkt allein wegen der Hilfsbereitschaft bei Problemen äußerst empfehlen

The machine is displaying the error E2. The machine stopped working (broken pump, probably ) . After several attempts to contact customer support, I have not received any response to date.

I have been using the reverse osmosis machine for almost two years now and can honestly say that I have nothing negative to report.
What really stands out are the four adjustable temperature settings, the four dosing options, and the clear alerts the machine provides when the water tank is empty, ensuring smooth and intuitive communication.
The filters are also extremely long-lasting: in a four-person household, they have been in use for 11 months so far, with no replacement needed yet.
For these reasons, I can give nothing less than 5 stars.

Ich nutze die Osmose-Maschine nun seit knapp über 1 Jahr und kann nichts Negatives darüber sagen.
Besonders hervorzuheben sind die vier einstellbaren Temperaturstufen, die vier Dosierungsoptionen sowie die klaren Signale bei leerem Wassertank, mit denen die Maschine zuverlässig kommuniziert.
Auch die Filter überzeugen durch ihre außergewöhnlich lange Haltbarkeit: In einem Vier-Personen-Haushalt sind sie seit nunmehr 11 Monaten im Einsatz – ein Austausch ist noch immer nicht absehbar.
Aus diesen Gründen vergebe ich uneingeschränkt 5 Sterne.

Ich habe Ecoviva WP-RO-200G Gerät für Wasserfiltration gekauft.Ich bin total begeistert. Die Wasser schmeckt, so 😋 lecker.Gerät ist einfach zu bedienen und reinigen.
Kundenservice von Ecoviva sind super!!!!Sehr behilflich und jedes Problem wird erledigt.
Ich werde weiter Ecoviva empfehlen.

Je viens de recevoir l'appareil Mate3. Aussitôt arrivé aussitôt mis en service ! Tout s'est fait automatiquement, c'est vraiment un jeu d'enfant pour la mise en route. Cela fonctionne très bien depuis et je suis ravie de mon choix. À noter aussi et surtout que le service client est au top et a répondu à tous les mails envoyés pour mes demandes d'informations avant mon achat et cela avec beaucoup de bienveillance. Cela sécurise vraiment pour la suite.
