ordered and paid for a light fitting


ordered and paid for a light fitting took my money the next day sent me an email to say they were cancelling my order due to high shipping costs surly they should not advertise if they cant afford to ship it ?
Don't waste your time looking you will more than likely not get the order

Thank you for your feedback, we completely understand how frustrating this situation must have been, and we’re truly sorry for the inconvenience caused.

In this case, the product you ordered unexpectedly became unavailable from our manufacturer shortly after your purchase. We were informed of this the following day, and as soon as we received this update, we immediately contacted you and issued a full refund without delay. We also offered a 20% discount as a gesture of goodwill.

We would like to clarify that situations like this are extremely uncommon for us, and this was the first time we encountered this issue with our manufacturer. We always aim to fulfil every order as promised and take reliability very seriously.
