Excellent communication, timely responses. My only issue was this company sent me a second bill to pay so they could proceed with finishing the order. I emailed EDCO back stating I already paid the invoice and sent them a screenshot of my checking account showing the debit charge. Felt like I received a lame response their receivables system was down!
