Premium quality t-shirts
The t-shirts are premium quality with great slogans, and colours. We liked the first order so much we ordered another soon after the first arrived.

Very high postage costs!
Watch out for very high postage costs! I paid £8.50 in total for UK delivery and return of one t-shirt! The initial £5 postage charge wasn’t even for next day delivery and didn’t include free returns. The tracked return service was another £3.50. I hadn’t fully appreciated these costs before placing my order. It’s a shame the company don’t offer a cheaper delivery service as an alternative for customers who feel a £5 delivery charge for a sustainable service is unsustainable! The t-shirt I received was a quality product and a I liked it but the fit wasn’t quite right so unfortunately it needed to be returned. At this time of year I couldn’t afford to keep credit on tab with the company and wanted the money back in my account so I chose the refund option. The £8.50 deduction from my refund came as quite a shock. Read the small print and be prepared!

We also want to reassure you that, as an ethical and transparent business, we are always upfront about our shipping charges. While some companies advertise “free” shipping and returns, the reality is that nothing is ever truly free — those costs are simply built into product prices or spread across all customers. We don’t believe that’s fair.
Because over 99% of our customers choose to keep their items, adding blanket costs to every order to fund a “free” returns system would mean the vast majority of people subsidising a service they never use. Instead, we take a more honest and sustainable approach: we only ask the very small number of customers who use the returns service to cover the actual cost of the return. We make no profit from shipping or returns — in fact, we subsidise many of these fees ourselves.
It’s also worth noting that if you had chosen to take store credit, which many customers use when they simply need to change sizes or swap for a different product, we waive the return shipping cost entirely. But, because you opted for a refund with no store credit, the subsidised £3.50 tracked return fee applied. Again, most customers never pay this because they choose to take store credit to place a new order for another item.
Our goal is to offer a model that is both transparent and environmentally responsible, and we’re sorry to hear that this wasn’t how it felt from your perspective. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to communicate our policies as clearly as possible.
