I ordered two items
I ordered two items. One in a small, the other in an extra small. The tshirt is in a small. It is lovely but the hem seems a little baggy. I’m hoping it washes okay. It made me question the quality. The vest is an extra small but is a lot smaller. I love all of the designs and would like to buy a sweater but they are way overpriced.

Nice design, awful quality
Fab design and super quick delivery, but quality is not there - it's an £8 print-at-home t-shirt, not a £48 premium quality item! I doubt it will survive a wash.

Unfortunately, you have not shared your name or order number, so we can't validate or look into your order. Clearly, we are disappointed and surprised by your review, and as you and others can see, it goes against the hundreds of mostly 5-star reviews complementing the quality of our goods. The quality and ethics behind every item we make are at the core of what we do. Premium fabrics, premium production, ethically and sustainably produced, whilst paying everyone correctly and fairly for the work they do. When you create an "£8 print at home" t-shirt as you have suggested, then I'm afraid no one gets paid fairly, and the standard and quality of the fabrics would not be anywhere near what we create. This is why our items cost what they do. There is a difference. Not forgetting our sustainable packaging, our carbon offsetting and ongoing contributions to sustainable projects around the globe. Given your feelings on the product, it would probably seem better for you to return the item for a full refund. This option (to return an item if you are unhappy with it) is open to anyone who does not like what they receive. Also, we would always encourage any customer unhappy with something to reach out to our friendly customer support team, who will look into any quality issue and investigate, and if there is a problem, we can put it right. 100% always. We're good like that. Perhaps do this step first, rather than just posting a negative review towards a company set up to do good things for you and the planet. We don't deserve that.

Superb quality beautiful designs
Been tempted to purchase something from Eden Ashram for sometime but always been put off by the cost. But I’ve realised quality is far better than quantity and once I read that garments are ethical and sustainable 100% organic and PETA vegan approved well there was go going back. My first two items are superb and I’ve just ordered my 3rd item.

Easy to use website, quick delivery, beautifully wrapped (who doesn’t love a free cloth bag?!), paper packaging. Good quality t-shirts and fit true to size. Love the quirky yoga-meets-heavy metal designs. Made my AC/DC-loving fella laugh out loud. Happy to pay for the ethical brand/small company service, but the discount for two items was appreciated. First experience with them is positive - Will likely return for more fun clothing…

J'ai acheté un tee-shirt sur ce site et j'en suis ravie. Suivi de livraison au top. Ma commande est arrivée rapidement. La taille est parfaite, les manches retournées donnent un joli style. Le tissu est très doux. Il ne rétrécit pas au lavage. Je recommande !

A beautiful rolled sleeve t-shirt that hangs so well and is wonderfully comfortable for yoga. It was expensive but I do understand the issues around cheap mass-produced clothing. If it washes well and retains quality it will be worth it. I want to do what's best for the planet but have to balance that against cost.
