Eden house mortgages were very pro active and helpful in sourcing and arranging a mortgage product that met my criteria, despite my situation for a mortgage not being straight forward as most as well as sourcing suitable insurance protection to ensure my payments were covered in the event of being unable to work. Jasmina was very informative and patient throughout and explained the pros and cons of each product and which best suited my budge. Being whole of market broker, I was able to get the best competitive rates. I would highly recommend Jasmina. Ours was not a straightforward mortgage application having rented for some time, being older, having a small-ish deposit and one of us being self-employed. Jasmina's approach was calm, no-nonsense but patient and importantly, kind and non-judgemental; it felt like there was never any question in Jasmina's mind that we would get our mortgage and she was right, even though it certainly wasn't straightforward! It feels very lucky to have found such a great mortgage adviser and we will certainly be back when its time to find another deal at the end of our fixed term. Many many thanks Jasmina!
