Huge thank you to Hayley & Emily for all their hard work, always on hand to answer our daft questions. Both ladies work extremely hard and Hayley is the fountain of knowledge, she is quick and on the ball, I genuinely couldn't have asked for a better service. I was Feeling completely out of my comfort zone in organising a remortgage myself as usually I sell up and move but this time I wanted to stay. Looking at mortgage rates and banks is just so confusing. So I contacted Hayley, she explains everything to you especially in simple terms (which is what I need) She’s completely on the ball all the time and really goes that extra mile to ensure you get the best deal. I was in a position where I needed to remortgage as my current fixed term had come to an end and I was also paying off my Help To Buy at the same time. This was the first time I’ve ever needed to remortgage but Hayley and team explained all my options and found the best deal to suit me. The process wasn’t always straight forward due to issues with Land Registry, and a few other issues that cropped up but Hayley was fantastic and stepped in when I needed some help and support when things looked like they could get delayed further. Having been trapped in a mortgage prisoner situation for years, paying on an ever increasing mortgage that was never being paid off I was at a complete loss and convinced I would never get out of the situation I was in. With so many hurdles of being self employed, different streams of income and other barriers I didn’t think it was possible to claw my way out of the hole I was in, perhaps only being left with the sad option to sell my home.
