These dummies sell stuff they don't have, then cancel your order. What's worse is they cancel but continue to offer the item that they don't have. Heather, in customer service, gives you vague/short answers to your questions, if she decides to answer. I never really received a complete answer to any of my questions. They canceled my order, yet four days later they still show 10 in stock. Heather says they have so many items that it is hard to keep up. Lazy and stupid is what that is. So they want to just keep wasting customer's time and their own by allowing orders that they will just have to cancel. Very productive! They did me a favor as I do not want to do business with a fly-by-night outfit like this. First impression blown. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

This place has relatively low prices and fast shipping, but those benefits come at the expense of very poor customer service that borders on unethical.

I submitted an order and then contacted them THE SAME DAY to request a modification to the order. They responded and said that the order was already on the UPS truck and could not be changed. That statement was patently false: the UPS tracking details that I received a couple days later showed that the shipping label was not even created until about 23 hours AFTER they said the package was already on the truck.

In addition, this place has terrible cancelation and return policies. According to their official policies, if you cancel an order BEFORE it ships, they keep 5% of your money, and if you return an item they keep 20% of your money, plus you have to pay for return shipping.

The competitive prices are outweighed by the sketchy customer service and terrible return policies. I would say away.
