I had such a great experience with edge talent. From the make up and hair artist to the photographer and the girls there too, everyone was so nice and welcoming :) it was my first time doing a model shoot like this so I was a little apprehensive but these guys literally made the whole day amazing and I came away with so much, would highly recommend:)

Edge Talent is a studio, where they work as talent poachers you have your photos taken and portfolio built. With that being said, this is my first time and they made me feel very comfortable and welcomed.

Nicky, was very supportive and gave me the best advice about the industry.

Camilla, she really is a great make up artist, she understood my skin tone, completion a texture. She also very light on the amount of make she used which made my photos look beautiful and natural.

Caio the photographer, he was amazing! You can tell he loves what he does and it shows how he works with the model and direct them.

Overall I have enjoyed my experience and if I ever need to update my portfolio I will definitely be using Edge talent again.

Thoroughly professional experience, incredible team of photographers, and make up artist. The pictures turned out fantastic and have encouraged me to do potential modelling assignments.

What a brilliant day! Took my daughter tohave her first ever photoshoot.ahewas so excited , it turned out so well and exactly what she was intended. Thank you edge talent and to the makeup ladywhosename I can’t remember but she was lovely. 🫶

It was fun and. Informative

The team were really kind. My photographer Matt assisted me through my photoshoot and made me feel comfortable. I had a fun afternoon and came out with beautiful photos and advice on how to find jobs in the modelling industry.

Had a photoshoot with edge talent recently I felt slightly nervous as it was my first shoot. I want to become a model so I finally took the leap to begin my journey. Aaron the photographer helped me with poses and gaining confidence. Overall it turned out fantastic. I received my images and got some advice to progress on my next in the industry. I’m looking forward to seeing where this takes me. Thank you guys!

I am extremely upset and frustrated by my experience with this agency.
I had a 20-minute phone call with one of their employees, Amy, who told me they could advise me on how to return to the industry after some time away. She spoke about a potential career in influencing and said I would receive new images for my portfolio. Based on this conversation, I was invited to their London studio and specifically told to bring a suitcase full of outfits for a shoot.
I travelled to London, spent nearly £30 on train fares, and gave up my entire Saturday, only to be completely blindsided when I arrived. While filling out a form, another member of staff asked why I was there. When I explained everything Amy had told me, I was then informed that they do not help people returning to the industry and only work with those starting modelling from scratch.
This was the complete opposite of what I had been told on the phone.
I felt embarrassed, misled, and like my time had been totally wasted. The staff member apologised and said she would speak to Amy, then sent me away.
To make matters worse, when I emailed afterwards requesting reimbursement for my travel (which they agreed to), I was told they would gladly refund me — yet over a week later I have still received nothing.
The entire experience felt misleading, disorganised, and incredibly unprofessional. I travelled, prepared outfits, and showed up in good faith based on what their own employee told me, only to be dismissed when I got there.
I would absolutely not recommend this agency. My experience was a complete waste of time, money, and emotional energy.

Just wanted to give a massive shoutout to Nikita and the rest of the crew. I’m so looking to give modelling a proper go and this was the place to do it. I had a wicked experience at the studio—everyone was professional and the environment was really productive. Huge thanks to the hair and makeup team for the attention to detail (Im looked amazing) and the photographer for being supportive with the shots. I’m so happy with my images and the fact that I was passed onto the agency referral service afterward. Cheers guys!

I had a wonderful experience with edge talent. My HMUA and photographer- Camilla and Matt respectively were very polite and comfortable to work with. I couldn’t have asked for a more seamless and relaxing experience. They were super professional and any problems were dealt with alternate options as solutions, you just have to be upfront with them.

I enjoyed the environment and the atmosphere in the studio. Everyone was very friendly and professional and the stylist and the photographer put a lot of effort into making me look great and at ease.

Do not fall for this! They promise a premium service and 'free' photo shoot. You are then talked into quite expensive packages to get your photos. At least a quarter of the photos are badly created AI photos. I was promised jobs would be sent to me but actually you are sent a site (well a badly worded email without a link in my case) and they create you a website profile which an ametuer could have easily done. Mine said I was a red head with green eyes from NY, and feature terrible photos of me showing me as a blonde with blue eyes. The site is so badly build that when you upload photos, it crops your head out. This is a complete waste of time and money in my view.

I have to start with the positives of this experience - The photographer was excellent very direct and clear with his instructions, which helped me to get the best out of the shoot. I felt comfortable during the session and appreciated the guidance, as it made the experience more enjoyable, In fact the whole team during the shoot were great, and if your looking to get an insight to what a model shoot will feel like then this will happen especially with the clothes changes etc.
The person who was meant to show me the pictures and explain how the company works, along with the package being offered, was late to the office. I had to wait an hour and a half after my shoot to actually sit down with them, not great especially as I was the first model of the day, so this was not due to other people being seen beforehand.
When we did finally sit down, it was made clear that they are not a modelling agency. This was never mentioned during the calls inviting me to come along for the shoot. The price of pictures was definatley more of a focal point in the calls I had, It was also not explained that I would be asked to decide on a photo package there and then, I chose not to proceed, I was then told that if I changed my mind I would have to travel back to sign a contract.
This type of hard sell never sits well with me.
I have given 3 stars to reflect it was not all bad, as explained at the start of the review.. I do feel it is important to understand that this is a shoot to help promote you to agencys / freelancers etc and not an actual agency looking to represent you as a model.

The entire team made me feel comfortable from start to finish. My make up was stunning, Camilla had a really good understanding of my skin tone and what would work best which isn’t always the case being very dark skinned. She styled my hair perfectly and it was an absolute pleasure to have her there. Matt the photographer put me at ease and the end result left me speechless. So glad I decided to do it and that it was with Edge Talent.
