Worst experience, they never deliver product as per commitment. Unprofessional response ,every day update due to Internet issue they not able deliver am also suffering through same process. Yet product not delivered . So be careful prior place any order
I had an laptop order for approx 38-42 k INR.
I was told there is a QA that is being done for laptop l but I received laptop with fevi kwick sticked which was very bad.
Also after the replacement laptop came it was not also in great condition though it took 7 days just to register complain with them.
I would suggest not to buy from here as the condition of laptops are not that good, better try local vendor atleast you will get to choose things.
I purchased a laptop from edify club.Its been 4 months, I am using it seamlessly.very excellent performance no glitches. Also best service from edify club. They are helpful peoples.
Very disappointing experience.
I ordered a refurbished laptop from Edify.Club and received a device that heats up, hangs constantly, has almost no battery backup, and the body was not fitted properly. I spent ₹30,000 and the laptop is almost unusable.
The worst part is the support — no calls answered, no replies, no help at all. I tried contacting them many times and got zero response.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend buying from this site. My money feels wasted and I received no support after purchase.
I bought a refurbished one on Amazon from these guys and paid premium for one day delivery. I got a completely battered laptop with a bloated battery and an adapter that says not compatible when connected. Amazon CS very conveniently said there's no return and I have to wait for 7 days for replacement. Horrible experience.
