Beautiful clothing, great service!

I recently ordered several pieces from this shop and was surprised with how quickly it shipped given I live in Hawaii. I was so pleased with the great selection, beautiful pieces I ordered, and packaging/shipping. Thank you for a wonderful transaction!

Unfortunately my experience is not good. Delivery was due yesterday nothing Saturday nothing tomorrow is Sunday? They don't deliver £120 pair of jeans for my wife's birthday nothing will I purchase from this store again? No never

Thank you for your feedback.

We see your parcel has now been delivered. As it was ordered on Friday with our Standard shipping option, we do ask for you to allow 2-4 working days for the parcel to be delivered. We do have a Next Day delivery option, which, if ordered before 12pm ensures Next Day delivery of your order. For further details, you can see this via our "Delivery Information" page, as well as on every product page under "Shipping Options".

In future if you would like your order as soon as possible, we would suggest going for the Next Day delivery option. We appreciate you may have missed this information, and do apologies for any inconvenience caused for your wife's birthday.

As we are a small business, we appreciate all reviews, and will always look to improve our services for our customers, so we appreciate your feedback.
