To clarify, we do not offer services priced at USD 18 or USD 50. Our platform has three fixed service fees, and neither of the amounts you mentioned corresponds to any pricing we offer. Based on this, it appears you may have been confused with a different website or service provider.

Additionally, while we provide optional private assistance services, we do not present ourselves as a government website, and pricing is clearly displayed during checkout before any payment is taken.

This service is entirely optional, and travelers are always free to complete the arrival card themselves at the airport at no cost.

We’re sorry you’re unhappy with your experience.

The total price is clearly displayed before checkout and must be confirmed before payment. As this is a time-sensitive application service, once the ETA is issued the service is completed and non-refundable under our terms.

A partial refund was offered as a goodwill gesture. Any refund timing depends on bank processing. We strongly disagree with the claim that this service is a scam.

To clarify, we do not charge for entry cards or visas themselves. Any government entry card or visa fee is set by the relevant government, not by us. In the case of Thailand, the entry card is currently free, and we did not charge you for the entry card.

If you chose to use our website, the payment made would have been for an optional private service (such as assistance, review, submission support, and customer help), not for the entry card itself. This service fee is clearly separate from any government fee.
