It is a scam
It is a scam. I paid 160€ for a plan, and now I have to pay extra to add notes to my mind map. This is ridiculous.

We would like to clarify that Notes is an entirely new service and a major strategic direction for our product, representing our expansion into the knowledge management field. It is not an upgrade to the existing mind mapping features but a separate service that requires significant, continuous investment in independent R&D, server maintenance, and more. As such, it operates on a separate subscription model.
Previously, during its internal testing phase on the web version, Notes was offered for free trial as we focused on gathering user feedback. Now, with the official release of the EdrawMind V13 version, Notes has been launched as a formal, standalone service. Users who have deeper needs for knowledge management can choose to purchase this specific feature separately.
We understand that this may not have been communicated clearly enough beforehand, and we are truly sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. Your experience is important to us, and we are committed to improving our communication and service.

One of the best Mind Map Creator tool
The best thing about this app is that I can easily use it on multiple platforms, including browsers, PCs, and mobile devices. I can also change it to another diagram, such as a one-sided or two-sided map, and it’s possible to make a timeline. As a result, it matches me for many purposes, from personal things to expanding my mind.

- I am having trouble typing Vietnamese because the default font that was chosen does not support the charset of Vietnamese characters, which prevents me from typing it directly in the text block.
- I upgraded to the new version (12.2.5), and every block has selected Arial as a default font. As a result, I can type Vietnamese very well.
