Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear about your experience and would like to clarify what happened.

After you placed your order for the ACCA SBL print books, we reached out to you twice via email (ifrs@eduyush.com and info@eduyush.com) to let you know that we're currently unable to ship print editions outside India. In those emails, we offered you two options — either switching to the eBook edition with a partial refund or cancelling the order for a full refund.

Unfortunately, we did not receive a response to either email. As a result, we went ahead and cancelled your order and issued a complete refund to ensure you weren't left out of pocket.

We completely understand how frustrating this must have been, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. If you haven't received your refund or if there's anything else we can help with, please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly at info@eduyush.com, and we'll resolve it right away.

We value every customer and are committed to providing a transparent and honest experience.
