NOT RECOMMENDED
I enrolled in an OTHM program with this centre that was supposed to last 9 months, but it has now dragged on for a year and a half. Feedback is consistently delayed — I had to chase every single time just to receive it — and when it was finally given, it was often inconsistent and contradictory.
At one point, I was told only the presentation needed improvement, but later I was asked to completely redo the assignment from scratch. I also received no clear instructions about resubmissions (except for one unit), and no grades were provided along the way, only vague comments. After submitting all assignments and expecting to meet the criteria, I was suddenly told that I failed a unit, which was very discouraging and unprofessional.
This experience has left me feeling that my time, money, and effort have been wasted. I no longer want to continue with this centre and will be escalating my complaint directly to OTHM.
I would not recommend this centre to anyone. Seems to be A SCAM.

Regarding assignment submissions, we have a well-defined time frame, as stated in our SLA, for assessing formative and summative assignments in accordance with awarding body guidelines. Moreover, our assessment process is guided by stringent academic standards. As per the qualification specification and the detailed assignment brief provided, learners are required to meet the requirement of every assessment criterion to achieve a "PASS." When responses do not fully satisfy these criteria, it is a standard practice and indeed a requirement that learners are given the opportunity to rework and resubmit their assignment to demonstrate their understanding and meet the expected standards. This process is designed to ensure you gain the necessary knowledge and skills for your qualification. To assist you further, we have offered you a virtual session with your tutor to provide a thorough explanation of the requirements of the assessment criteria in detail, addressing any concerns you may have. We were also ready to extend this service for all the upcoming units as this will empower you to approach your remaining modules with confidence and clarity. However, it was unfortunate that you did not accept the additional services that we offered but decided to discontinue the course.

They don't even respond to my complaints. So, don't make the same mistake!
