Hello Karen
Hope you are well.
Many thanks for your order and giving us 5* even though our delivery was slow. Unfortunately as a small business we run our stock out of our shops, and sometimes we have to transfer shoes before we can post them. Usually though we are fairly quick.
Many thanks for your order and if I can help in anyway please do let me know.
Kind regards
John
Very good
I've bought six pairs of shoes from them in last two years - Church's and Cheaney. Three went back because I didn't like them. The returns process was easy and I love the pairs I've kept. Excellent service.

The service I received from EdwardâŠ
The service I received from Edward Meeks was excellent. I thought this level of service had died out decades ago. Whether on the phone or by Email, the answers to questions were outstandingly quick. In this respect my thanks again to Josh and John.
The goods (Barker Shoes; as ever excellent) were delivered on time despite the Easter Bank Holidays and despite the fact that they had to be forwarded to me in Germany.
Even the packaging was kept to a minimum, without it being flimsy or inadequte. Environmental plus points.
I can only say to anyone who has been disapointed by the service from other companies, try Edward Meeks and be happy that first class service is available to the normal man on the street.
Best online retailer I've ever dealt with.
Regards
Eric Smith

Great customer support
Great customer support, very responsive, superb service and phenomenal prices. Josh was extremely responsive to my inquiries and helped locate the shoes I needed. Shipping was extremely fast yet encountered some delays at customs authorities at destination. They refunded the money immediately based on an agreement to pay back the money should the shoes get delivered; extremely honest and transparent. The shoes finally made it, money paid and extremely happy with the purchase. Thank you very much Edward Meeks.

Hello Omar,
Hope you are well. I am delighted that you eventually got the shoes. It is always a worry for us when shoes get stuck at customs and if we will ever get them through!
If there is anything that you need in the future please do let us know. We can always try and get any shoes that we do not stock on the site.
Many thanks
