Edwards Jewellers London レビュー

From first contact by email to the arrival of my very well described and perfect purchase the customer service from Oscar was outstanding as was the speed of delivery, and beautiful packaging of the purchase.
We shall certainly look to using Edwards Jewellers again and would not hesitate to recommend that others should do the same.

Thank you so much for amazing first class service. Great communication regarding my order, my resizing request and delivery all within a very quick timeline. The ring is stunning and of amazing quality which surpassed all my expectations

Fantastic customer service, and communication from Oscar. He kindly resized the ring with no issue and sent it so it would arrive whilst I was at home. The ring is beautiful, packaging lovely, and came with a certificate. I would definitely recommend Edwards Jewellers!

The ring we purchased is absolutely beautiful, unique, and well-priced. It also came with certification and valuation. Couldn't be happier!

Oscar also kept us in the loop with delivery and post-delivery care. Thank you so much!

Wonderful customer service from Oscar and great attention to detail throughout the process. Kindly sent some more video/angles when asked. Also generously included some restoration work on one of the rings I purchased that had some wear. Kept in the loop throughout. All arrived nicely packaged, great experience overall!

I stumbled across this jewellers whilst on Instagram and I’m so glad I did!

Would recommend to anyone. After struggling to find someone to repair an antique ring, Oscar was able to take it on and did a fantastic job. The process was really quick and communication was excellent, and the cost was reasonable. I'm delighted with the result!

Personal message to advise when package would be sent. Earrings just as advertised. Nice packaging and authentication certificate included. Great customer service and beautiful jewels

Attentive knowledgeable jewellers. Unique pieces at obtainable prices. I purchased 2 Sapphire rings, the pictures didn’t do them justice. The depth of colour are absolutely exquisite. So pleased I brought from a smaller company the quality care and attention from beginning has been second to none all but forgotten in retail these days. Right from the quality of product, care in details of packaging and attention to client before during after sales. All of which are still at the forefront in seems at this much recommended Edward Jewellers London

The ring is beautiful and the service from Oscar was fantastic. Highly recommended!

I have spent months searching for a replacement engagement ring that was both beautiful and unique. When I found one from Edwards Jewellers I wanted to be sure that it would be right for me. From my first email, Oscar was so willing to help, with extra photo's and measurements to reassure me that this ring was right for me. Then, to top it off, he had it resized and sent out to me so quickly! It was securely packaged and sent with such care. Even down to the wax sealed envelope with the reciept and details for Insurance purposes. Its like everything was covered that I didnt even know I needed covering. Thank you so much Oscar. I, absolutely, will buy from you again. Thank you.

Like many other reviews, I could not fault the customer service given from start to finish. I fell in love with my ring when I saw it but it needed resizing. That little matter was quickly sorted, my ring arrived today complete with insurance valuation, beautifully packaged and the ring is just as expected. Thank you
