Very good. However, if I had a slicer I would have ordered the slab.

I've been buying these bacon packs for over 20 yrs now, probably closer to 30 and the quality hasn't changed at all. I buy these for the holidays and other special occasions.

Laurie, we appreciate your 5 star review! We are delighted to hear that you have found our Bacon Steaks to be the best you have ever eaten. Thank you for letting us know!
For those who prefer a thicker more smokey bacon, this is the choice for you. Does not shrink much in cooking and always does not last long after cooking. Have not been able to find a comparable alternative locally.

Hi Charles, thank you for the 5 stars, and happy to hear you are enjoying the thick sliced bacon!
It is hard to find truly thick bacon and although this bacon is very expensive, we have it when we have company.
