I've been looking all over for mildly spiced country breakfast sausages and finally found them at Edward's. Most of what I found elsewhere are excessively smoked or spiced, perhaps to cover the taste of poor quality meat. Me, I actually enjoy the flavor of quality meat and these sausages highlight that.
