Als een van de eerste heb ik een Willow (toen nog Toadi) aangekocht. De eerste jaren verliepen wat moeizaam, maar ik heb stap voor stap de technologie beter en beter zien worden. De voorbije 2 jaar maait mijn robot zonder moeite en beschik ik over lijntjes maaien en maait ze de randjes waar mogelijk. Ook al dacht ik op een bepaald moment dat het me te veel werd ben ik nu super tevreden dat ik dit verhaal van idee tot uitstekend toestel heb mogen meemaken. De service van EEVE is altijd top geweest, een team die altijd paraat stond om me te helpen wanneer nodig.

Plus grande erreur de ma vie. 2715€ d'investissement, promesses initiales non respectées car le robot n'a jamais donné satisfaction. Il s'agit du numéro 1006, reçu en 2021. J ai demande le remboursement depuis 2022.
Après de multiples demandes, la marque a accepté de me le reprendre pour la minable somme de 500€. Je suis outré et très déçu d'avoir perdu mon argent.
Vente frauduleuse à mon sens, les spécifications ont été modifiées apres l'achat (pourcentage des pentes possibles). Robot très peu utilisé durant 3 ans, souvent inutilisable (panne, casse) et pourtant on vous dit qu'il est trop vieux pour vous le reprendre à un tarif correct ! Arnaque.
J'avais pourtant de très grand espoir pour la marque... j'avais même souscris en precommande à leur programme Willow X ou je devais recevoir leur nouveau modèle, mais le robot n'est jamais arrivé et la marque à prévenue fin 2024 que le montant versé initialement ne serait même pas suffisant... encore une promesse non tenue.
On prend les clients pour des imbéciles et on leur fait perdre leur argent...

I'm with this for a year, and have great experience, Highly recommended.

Ich muss sagen, ich bin beeindruckt von dem Weg, den EEVE zurückgelegt hat! Von der ersten Beta-Version bis zum aktuellen Produkt ist es ein riesiger Sprung nach vorn. Die Willow-Technologie ist jetzt echt Spitze und die Support-Mitarbeiter sind immer hilfsbereit.

Habe den Willow seit 2 Saisons im Einsatz und bin nicht wirklich zufrieden. Wenn alles perfekt ist, mäht er. Aber dann bleibt er irgendwann plötzlich einfach stehen (ohne dass der Akku leer ist!) und macht nichts mehr. Man muss ihn zur Ladestation tragen, dann fährt er direkt wieder los. Bis er das nächste Mal stehen bleibt. Oder in einer kleinen Mulde hängen bleibt. Oder mal wieder die rote „No-Go“-Zone ignoriert, denn das GPS ist unterirdisch (Meine Drohne ist auf 2-3 cm genau, Willow manchmal Meter daneben). Gibt also sicher günstigere Roboter, die bessere Arbeit abliefern.

Er macht das was er machen soll. Es ist immer wieder spannend ihn beim Rasenmähen zuzusehen. Ich liebe den kleinen.

Het is echt heel erg. Mijn robot heeft nooit gewerkt. Ben zoveel tijd bezig geweest met klantenservice om het werkend te krijgen maar het is uiteindelijk nooit gelukt. Ik zou graag mijn geld terug willen.

Al vanaf 2017 een grote scam.
Ze leveren steeds opnieuw een ‘prototype’ voor een ‘scherp bedrag’. Als kickstarter of ander ‘launch event’.

Eerst onder de naam Toadi, toen iedereen wist dat dat een scam was met een nieuwe naam verder met hetzelfde liedje.

Trap er niet in, je krijgt een halfbakken product, en vooral veel gebakken lucht.

Jammer want het oorspronkelijke idee was leuk.
Maar Eeve/toadi, fix nu eerst maar even die grasmaaier functie (werkt nog steeds voor geen meter) voor je armen die van alles zouden kunnen, en AI functies gaat toevoegen / beloven, terwijl dat ding zn hoofdfunctie niet eens kan vervullen.

En laat al die gedupeerden niet langer in de kou staan met een niet werkend apparaat wat erg veel geld heeft gekost.

Blijf ver weg van dit bedrijf!

Goede werking van de app, willow maait het gras heel goed!!

I’m now in my second season with the EEVE Willow, and I have to say – this robot has come a long way! While the initial setup in the first year was a bit tricky (something that has since been greatly improved), the mower now runs flawlessly.

What really stands out is the regular and impactful software updates. Every new version brings noticeable improvements, and they are installed over-the-air without any hassle. For example: when I first bought Willow, it couldn’t mow in straight lines – only in a random pattern. I knew that when I made the purchase! But now? It can mow in clean, straight lines!

Back then, it wasn’t possible to teach Willow the layout of my yard automatically – now it is! At first, I had very limited ways to customize my map – now those options are there and they work great!

There’s a clear commitment to continuous development, and more importantly: it works. EEVE is clearly listening to its users and improving the product accordingly.

Absolutely top-notch – I’m impressed and excited to see what’s next!

In the first year - I think it was in 2022 - Toadi was more often in Belgium than on my German lawn. There were charging problems and this little robot destroyed each grass plant on its turning points. Most important to me was its ability to mow autonomously without an cable around my copmplex garden.
2023 there was a lot of progress especially on software issues. 2024 again showed a lot of new "behaviours". The turning points were not points any more and therefore the lawn had a chance to heal those holes.
This year again there was progress: The heat map shows mowed paths and sum of square meters mowed. Again it is moving more intelligently.
So I can state that Toadi/Eeve moved from a poor 2 star rate now to 4 stars. I would like to get some progress on my borders which are already quite good and a better docking performance.

I have willow now 2 years and it has been a learning curve. Now I have less work with my mowing.

Een grasmaaier met AI, de AI zijn ze vermoedelijk vergeten. Ben ingestapt in het Kickstartproject en de maaier heeft nog geen enkele dag gewerkt zonder dat ik moest tussenkomen. Vastrijden in de perkjes, zijn laadstation niet vinden, slecht opladen, mijn tuin is wel wat uitdagend. Slecht 750m² gras terwijl de robot 2400m² zou aankunnen en krijgt de helft niet gemaaid, moet nog altijd maaien met het grasmachine. Rijdt heel de tijd over dezelfde stukken, doet niet wat men beloofd. Een ramp!!! Heb ook betaald voor de armen maar die zullen vermoedelijk nooit komen.

The past couple of years, I really got attached to this little robot!

Depending on your garden configuration, the setup can be very easy or a little more complex. But with the help of the Eeve support people or the online community you will probably get a far way along.

Once set up, the robot can explore your lawn to build its first map. After this is done, Willow will drive off to mow your lawn for the very first time. This moment feels very odd, watching this robot driving over your lawn is something satisfying!

With the right setup, the robot can do complex maneuvers, such as driving through the door of a car-port to mow another grass zone. These things might take some time to configure right, but the possibility of doing complex tasks certainly adds to the usefulness of the robot.

This product is still in full development. The team envisions to develop a multi-functional lawn care robot, so not just a grass mowing device. A first add-on will be a weed-removing component that can spray weed with a small nozzle.

Therefor, changes do occur and you sometimes need to ‘reconfigure’ the settings in some way. Please do keep this in mind. The upside on this is that all users regularly receive updates that improve the robots general capabilities.

Overall, I’m very delighted with the device and exited for the future that is to come!

Ik ben reeds 2 seizoenen eigenaar van een Willow, en moet zeggen dat het een genot is om te zien hoe de robot zelf beslissingen maakt, en als maar beter wordt in het werken in je tuin.

Je kan de robot volledig instellen via de app, in de app heb je verschillende tools om de robot te bedienen, een tool die enorm handig is, is de Sheriff tool. Ik zie eenvoudig wanneer iemand de robot is voorbij gelopen, er wordt dan een foto gemaakt, handig voor als je niet thuis bent.

Verder kan je eenvoudig instellen welke zones in je tuin je wilt dat vaker, of minder vaak gemaaid worden, alsook de mogelijkheid om de robot via het terras naar een andere graszone te laten rijden, zo laat ik bijvoorbeeld de robot via de oprit langs het huis automatisch naar de voortuin rijden om daar het gras te maaien.

Kortom, een robot vol handige functies, en er komen op regelmatige basis meer functies bij. Top product!

For a techie as myself i just loved the EEVE experience. It's the only AI driven robot that i know of that actually works. You will need to love technology to install it, everything happens via the app but you need to make time to understand and tweak the setup. Once Willow is properly installed she works like a gem, line mowing, mowing the borders, avoiding our kids toys, even our dog trust Willow so hard that he doesn't move when she drives directly to him. I once had to contact support and they immediately helped me in a friendly way. I can only recommend EEVE highly.
