Horrible Customer care support

Horrible Customer care support. Submitted 3 requests via their request form and received 1 reply....Call us and set an appt. Totally disregarding the fact I mentioned my phone was hacked- why would I call on a compromised line? Their appt creation section does not work either. They appear to be such a small time operator or just poor work ethics- shoddily run operation. At Scam detector site it rates them 31.2/100- towards the shadowy operations side. Any company that has POOR customer service, particularly on a phone svc provide- RUN AWAY!
