I can see a lot more clearly when swimming now

Excellent tips that have made a real difference to my old age swimming (75 yrs). I’ve had a few injury niggles of late but hope to get back into the pool shortly.

Perfect, it was putting me off some open water swimming with previous googles and fog problems, these one just don't fog up, I take bit of extra care and 'activate the magic' with contacts solution but also just an easy container for fresh water. No fog even (apart from my mind), for 44 minute 1km ice swim as an amputee : )

My confidence and swimming technique has improved dramatically since working with Brenton Ford and Tasmynne Roe. The courses, podcasts and video demonstrations are straight on and easily understood. Secondly, the swim video feedback has been tremendous. I am able to see first hand my technique, and get feedback that breaks down different parts, with drills to complement. Then Brenton and Tas will follow up on my progress, not a fire and forget program. Third, being part of a world-wide community of swimmers, all working to get better has been the best part of Effortless Swimming. I always feel part of the swimming community. My swimming has become more effortless, my technique is more sustainable, and I am getting faster and more confident in the water.

I’ve done both the 5-Day Catch Challenge and the 8-week course from Effortless Swimming, and I got a lot out of both. The instruction is clear and easy to follow, and the video examples really help you see what good technique should look like in the water.

I loved having the structured workouts, with both technique drills and specific sets to follow. The workouts are straightforward and actually effective. As I went along in the programs, I was able to hold faster times across multiple sets, and feel more efficient in the water, which felt like real progress.

The drills were really helpful. They break things down in a way that makes it easier to build proper technique and turn it into muscle memory.

The programs were key to my being able to complete longer ocean swimming events to the best of my potential.

Overall, these are really solid programs if you’re looking to improve your swimming.

I signed up for the Effortless Swimming Classic Course membership yesterday which includes a free set of goggles. When I went into the website to claim the free gift and input my address in Toronto, the system indicated that they could not deliver to my address. I sent an email to Brenton and he immediately connected me with Ivan who resolved the issue the same day. Hard to find such customer service and responsiveness these days. Effortless nailed it! I've been using Effortless Swimming techniques for two years now, including going to a swim clinic and follow up clinic. I went from an average triathlon swimmer to front swimmer in a few months of learning and drills. I've been very impressed with the personal approach from the team and even now, I still am able to have video reviews and corrections done online for no cost at all, which is priceless. I bought the Viper goggles for training and they've been great, a perfect fit and clear swim everytime. I have recommended Effortless Swimming eight week challenge to so many people now and if you can make a clinic, that's even better.

Excellent goggles and just as good customer service!

I've been using my NanoClear goggles for about 6 months, and I couldn't be more pleased. I've never had swimming goggles with such vision and absolutely no fogging. During my recent visit to Australia, I couldn't wait to order another couple of pairs and avoid expensive shipping to Europe. Unfortunately, the order was somehow wrong, but no worries. Ivan and team at Effortless helped me sort out the problem and replaced the goggles with the correct ones immediately...way before my planned return to Europe (and happily, in time to use them while in Australia). Every interaction I've had with the Effortless team (ordering, online lessons, etc.) has been wonderful...a breath of fresh air these days!

These goggles are impressive. My husband and I ocean swim in the tropics 3-4 times per week and they have met our expectations. This morning we both swam over 3km with zero leaks, no fogging, and crisp clear visibility underwater. Comfortable fit. Highly recommend. Thank you.

When I received my goggles I had a minor problem with them. I emailed effortless swimming and Ivan got back to me quickly and is sending me a new pair of goggles. The goggles fit great and were very comfortable. Highly recommended them. The customer service is exceptional.

Amazing goggles and great customer support.

I highly recommend Effortless Swimming membership. It's a genuinely personalized and caring experience. The video analysis of my stroke is very helpful and I get a personalized advice. Each month I focus on different drills and it all helps me to swim smoother and prevent injuries. I appreciate that the coach adapt the advice based on my health needs/restrictions & there is no pressure. Sometimes life happens and I can't swim for a short while, we remain in touch and I can do some exercises at home to build/keep the muscles going. Wonderful coach team and swim community!

I just got my goggles today. They are the optic lenses at -6. I really need -8 or above so I expected some blurriness which I will deal with. What I did not expect was the extreme distortion at the sides of the goggles. When I turn my eyes to the left or right my vision is very distorted. Not sure how useful these optic lenses will be.

I'm going to write a six-star review even though I know five is the limit! I've been following the Effortless Swimming stuff online for many years and jumped at the chance to grab a 1-2-1 lesson with Brenton during a trip to Australia (I'm from the UK).
During our 90-minute lesson, Brenton recorded video of my swimming and provided immediate analysis using an app and video review. He provided accurate and relevant feedback, including solutions to the identified faults and recommended drills. As a takeaway, I was provided with the videos, his voice-over feedback and observations and further solutions and work-ons.
The lesson was excellent value for money, enjoyable and provided an immediate result - a PB in my 70.3 swim time, less than 48 hours later at IM Geelong!!
I'm now more motivated than ever and believe I have the tools to advance my swimming on my own for the foreseeable future. I absolutely recommend a lesson with Brenton, he's a great bloke as well as an excellent swim teacher.
