Eforms will not allow you to…UNSUBSCRIBE FROM THEIR SPAM
Eforms will not allow you to unsubscribe and their site says" a problem on our end". This tells me they are NOT about customer service, but rather in illegally SPAMING. I do not rec them at all.

We wanted to confirm you can simply unsubscribe from any email chain sent from eForms by clicking "Manage Preferences" under the email you received and click "Unsubscribe from Mailing Alerts". This will prevent you from receiving further reminder emails of your saved form. If you need assistance deleting your account as you have not activated a subscription, you can contact our customer support team 7 days a week by calling 844-533-6767, send an email to support@eforms.com or starting a live chat with our live agents on eForms.com. We are open 9AM-9PM EDT from Monday-Friday and 9AM-5PM EDT Saturday and Sunday.

Advertising could be better.
I believe eForms provided what I needed and I only needed one form. I believe the Google search does not do a good enough job in explaining that this will be a subscription if you don't cancel soon enough. Lastly, if you are going to offer "free forms" they should be free without having to take all the extra time involved to cancel.

For future reference, we do offer our forms for FREE as blank templates without registering an account or entering any billing information. Every FREE form is available per the individual state's compliance standards in Adobe PDF, Microsoft Word, or as an ODT file. Each FREE form is available on that specific form's webpage on our site. Users can download our templates for FREE and never have to register an account or enter any payment information. We ask to please contact our customer support team if you ever need guidance on how to download a blank free form from eForms.
If our form creating service is used to create a form, it requires an active subscription or purchase to download the form as shown in our Terms Of Use and checkout page prior to subscription activation. Your subscription shows it was cancelled and will not renew again.
Product is expensive/ good customer Service
Product is expensive. However they provided quick customer support. That is worth quite abit these days.

Deceptive company
They take you through the process and then block the document unless you provide a credit card number. Very deceptive.
Note after eForms' response - there is NO WAY IN HADES I was going to save the completed document or provide any information on payment sources. I stand by my review.

They are a professional service…
They are a very professional service and most helpful with a persons needs. They reply very quickly and if one cant help, they definitely get another to do so fast. I would use eForms in the future that is for sure. Thank You eForms.

Beware. This is not free, in spite of what they say!!!
The company claims to provide a free product. You spend a large amount of time filling the form, to find out at the end that you have to pay. When people write this review, they claim that there are forms to download for free, but they cannot be found anywhere. Totally misleading!
