Cancelation
I did not like trying to get my issue resolved through your 1 800 number. I never could get through or no one called me back. I really hope the matter was taken care of via email.

Thank you for your feedback. We needed to confirm that our customer support number is 844-533-6767. Our customer support team is on standby Monday-Friday, 9 AM-9 PM EDT, and Saturday-Sunday, 9 AM - 5 PM EDT.
We reviewed your account and show you sent an email on Monday, January 19, 2026. Our customer support team responded to your email within 6 minutes, confirming your subscription was now cancelled per your request. This was the only request we received to cancel your eForms subscription. The subscription was cancelled as requested and will not be billed again.

Experience was good. There were a few errors in the document. But since it's temporary I can live with it. Communication was good. Easy to navigate through..

Fantastic customer service
Steven responded to my email within hours of receipt, even though it was the end of the week/weekend. He reviewed my request, determined I had made an honest mistake and corrected my error immediately. I can't praise Steven and eForms more for their quick and phenomenal customer service.

They stand by their claims
I signed up as a leap of faith thinking that if I gave my cc info they would not honor the cancelation policy within 7 days and continue to charge my card. To my amazement, they canceled my policy right away and honored their commitment. I will definitely sign up with them if I need further services in the future because they did right by me this time

No space to add percentage to inheritors
Their Transfer on Death form lacks a space to put a percentage of property transfer next to the names of the people you want to inherit your property. This is very important if you want your property divided. Called them, they were not helpful, just said too bad. All TODD forms should have an place to add this.

If there is additional information that you need to add to the form for your situation, we recommend simply downloading the form from your eForms account as a Microsoft Word file. This can be done directly from your My Documents page. We recommend contacting our customer support team, as they can help navigate you to the Word download if needed.

Small Estate Help…
The eforms site was very easy to use and professional. Help was always available, and easy to use. It was a very helpful tool for me throught my situation with my late brother in law and his small estate. I was able to save the family over $5,000 with eforms versus using an attorney.

The service is mediocre at best
The service is mediocre at best, you can use so many AI tools to write the same type of contract and it will be just as legit.
Then they sneak you in to a subscription plane at $49 or higher per month, even though I asked to make 1 single contract. It took multiple attempts to contact them to cancel the subscription and to get a refund for the months I did not need or use the service. Very sneaky.

Users can also create their forms utilizing our form-filling software (a premium service) at no cost, as we offer a free trial for all new customers under our Pro Monthly Subscription Plan. At the conclusion of the 7-Day Free Trial, if no cancellation is made, a recurring billing of $49/MONTH begins until canceled per our Terms of Use. This is clearly listed on our checkout page prior to entering a payment method or placing an order.
