We booked with EG Chauffeurs to attend Wimbledon on Monday and we found them excellent. The office staff was informative over the phone explaining us the pick up and drop off process at the event, even tho we had no parking pass and the chauffeur on the day (Raimond) was very attentive and professional. As first time clients, they also complimentary upgraded us on New S Class 2022 model - what a treat! Thank you for providing us with an amazing experience - highly recommended!

The driver( Vitali) was very friendly and kept one our staff company for the time they were in the car park at Ascot. Then we left items in the car and he ensured that they were not lost.

EG Chauffeurs provided the chauffeuring service for a family wedding. The drivers were courteous, punctual and professional. The office administration staff were extremely helpful and attentive, and went out of their way to ensure the planning ahead of the day was carefully considered and fully explained. Due to an event in Central London, road closures affected normal travel arrangements, and EG Chauffeurs contacted the event organisers in advance to arrange special passes to navigate the road closures. All trips went like clockwork, and I recommend EG Chauffeurs with complete confidence for any special event like a wedding.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Our driver Raimond had the courtesy to pop in to the hotel and ask reception to call my room to let me know he had arrived (couldn’t reach me on my mobile) The car was immaculate and it was a very pleasant & comfortable journey from London to Letchworth. I will be booking again.
