UTTERLY INEPT AMATEURS BECAUSE THEY ARE DESTROYING A GREAT RUGBY LEAGUE CLUB IN THE NORTH WALES CRUSADERS!! WHY BUY IT IF YOU HAVE NO INCOME??? CLUELESS.

Absolutely disgusting company (if that’s what you can call it). Promised my daughter that she was part of the high performance program and paid £200. Still NO refund.

Paid the deposit of £200. Then knowingly not entering the tournament let pestering for more money. In the end I paid them in full of £2000!!! And guess what. NO tournament and NO refund. I received an email 2 weeks ago saying the money would be in my account during that week, again NO refund. Ignoring messages and number changed. AVOID like the plague

Taken money for a programme and kit that never happened. Taken a deposit in a tournament t they didn’t enter. Promised refunds in September but nothing and all numerous emails to numerous email addresses all ignored. Utterly despicable

Taken thousands from parents for their children’s rugby trip overseas. To find it was never happening and that they’ve kept the money!
Ignored all emails and now not refunding our owed money! Utter shambles.

Been on going since August 2025 and still nothing by way of return. Now ignored completely.

We ordered a mystery box which we'd had before and received great shirts. Thus time however , the parcel was put in our blue bin ON COLLECTION DAY!!!! No card posted through from Evri. Husband has email , I have emailed. Trading standards states that because the parcel was not safely received through the door the responsibility lies with Egg Chasers and their contract with Evri . Customers should either get a full refund or a replacement product. I have given them ample time to respond so will be reporting to TS along with the evidence that we arent the only ones.
Such a great idea but customer service is non existent.

I to paid for clothing on 5th December in plenty of time for a Christmas delivery, here we are 2 months later took my money well over a £100 and nothing delivered, no replies to the emails. no sure whats going on looks like Eggchaserstash are criminals just robbing people.

Like a lot of the reviews on here, i highly recommend you steer clear of this company. We booked a rugby training course for our son but then they changed the dates and the dates they proposed we couldn’t make work, so we requested a refund.

It took months for them to acknowledge our email requesting this and eventually they agreed, but almost a year later the refund hasn’t materialised and they don’t answer any emails. I really don’t know how they sleep at night.

Ordered some presents early December, they offered a guaranteed delivery for all orders before 15th December, heard nothing since....no replies from emails....phone number goes no where...

Tournaments are poorly organised, particularly for the girls but that pales in comparison with my more recent experience. Encouraged my son’s team to sign up, they took the registration money and we never heard anything more from them. Despite various attempts to contact them, emails go unanswered and they pocketed the cash.
Avoid like the plague.

Horrendous company, terrible customer service well there is none. Don’t reply to any emails sent. Ordered an academy kit over £100 worth of products back in June 2025 and I’m still waiting to receive my order now December 2025. Still advertising products so be careful when ordering as you’re wasting your money you won’t receive anything.

Fraudsters - took money and refuse to answer emails. Blocked on linkedin when messaging the CEO. Evidently exploiting people with no regard for others, and I don't know how they haven't been dealt with by trading standards or even the police!!!

They sell dreams and fantasy and not a lot more.
I paid £200 in march for the excellence program. (£100 for coaching and £100 for kit.) My boy played one tournament in the summer never received the kit. No answer to any emails.
I then foolishly ordered some grip socks in September (not realising it was egg chasers) never received. I have emailed daily for an update. No reply.

Like the person in a previous review, I also signed my son up for the EDG programme and paid two installments of £60 each. The kit never arrived, he attended one session which was just like any other session he had been to and we never received anything that was promised - nutrition, coaching, inspiration coaches etc. They said they would send an apology tshirt and we never got that either. I have been chasing a refund of my £120 for months now. I contacted the CEO on LinkedIn and he blocked me and then the staff emailed accusing me of harassing staff on social media! I explained contacting a CEO through LI was a very professional course of action whereby I explained in full what had gone so wrong. He was the unprofessional one by not replying and blocking me!
They are stealing hundreds of pounds off unaware parents up and down the country. I fear for unsuspecting families who pay for the Portugal trip in Feb as that was an organisational nightmare. That's a whole different story. Please don't pay these people a penny.

Last year I ordered 2 pairs of socks and they were the wrong ones. I took them to the shop and was told they would phone to process a refund and they never did. Did not return emails or calls.
This summer I ordered a rugby top (because you cannot buy anywhere else) after 6 weeks of chasing and getting no response I sent my partner j to the shop to get the top. Terrible customer service

Avoid EggChasers – Broken Promises and Zero Accountability

I signed up for the EDG Excel development group over six months ago, and I’m still waiting for the kit that was promised. Despite chasing them constantly, nothing has ever turned up.

At one point they told me they’d send T-shirts as an apology — those never arrived either. Since then, emails have gone unanswered. The only thing they do manage to send are more marketing emails asking for money. It’s hard to believe they can be so quick to take payments, but completely incapable of actually delivering.

I know I’m not the only one in this position, which makes it even worse. EggChasers claim to support rugby development, but in reality they’re giving the sport a bad name. I’ll be reporting them to the RFU, because this behaviour shouldn’t be allowed to carry on.

At this point, I’m seriously considering taking them to the small claims court. If you’re thinking about signing up or handing over money, don’t. There are far more trustworthy organisations out there.

Terrible company, do not buy or sign up to this academy. They steal your money!!!

Do not order anything from EggChasers. They will not send your order and will keep your money.

Order never sent despite following up. All correspondence was ignored. When I asked for a refund (3 months later), they threatened to remove me from the rugby team.

I bought a track suit in October 2024. It‘s now July 2025 and I still didn‘t get the track suit or my money back. They are also not responding to my texts.

Eggchasers Academy - Paid for a tournament (tournament,training, accommodation), costing £150. It was cancelled at the last minute, no offer of a refund. Refund requested on multiple occasions, no response. Eventually an email saying they would process but it takes time. Date refund would be processed passed, now ignoring emails again. We had such high hopes for Eggchasers, training sessions were good, when they weren't cancelled, but they are just messing with kids hopes and by not responding to emails seem to show that they just don't care. The last 4 tournaments have all been cancelled, along with further extra sessions we paid £120 for. Again nothing to show for this. So disappointing. Eggchasers please take these messages seriously and reply to parents. Think very carefully before you pay eggchasers for anything. I will happily update this review if Eggchasers can turn things round, refund money owed abd start providing the sessions/kit people have paid for. I can only hope......

Our son was registered to play in a tournament, on 15th June at Mowden Park, Darlington.

A few days before, we received an email to tell us the event had been cancelled. The email described various options for reimbursement of fees paid. I emailed to request a full refund but did not receive an acknowledgment.

I emailed again a few days later to request confirmation of email, to which they responded (in a very short, few words).

After receiving no refund, I emailed again last week to request an update and refund, no reply.

I speak on behalf of many other parents at our rugby club, that Egg Chasers are extremely poor at communications, organisation and professionalism, certainly for us up here in the North of England.

The email to cancel event came to me, but most of the parents did not receive the email. Other parents are waiting on refunds from other events, too.

The tournament scheduled for the previous week at Bishop Auckland RFC vanished. We were not booked to play, but were interested to see how it went. Nothing on socials. We assume it must've been cancelled, too.

Many of the reviews (the good ones) on here are written by staff at Egg Chasers and the company is not in the USA as stated on the page.

Egg Chasers - please please contact your customers, explain what is taking so long with refunds and, more importantly SEND THE REFUNDS.
