They were amazing! Alex was attentive and answered all of our questions along the way. He helped with travel arrangements and took us to all of our needed appointments in Moscow and kept in touch after we procured the eggs from the donor. We are very excited about having a new baby girl as part of our family! Thanks so much for all of your help in making our dream come true!

Had an amazing experience with this agency. Irina was awesome and answered every question I had and was in touch throughout the whole process - never leaving me in the dark with what was happening and providing me with answers to all my questions and request at any hour /day. Then they knew my requirement, and gave me a few donors shortlist. I asked them a few questions they always try to answer me properly and quickly. We did some negotiation for dealing with the whole process, but finally we had an agreement. And now the IVF result is very good. I appreciate their help. Will recommend my friends future.
