Seamless, reliable, and an incredible selection!

We have had a fantastic experience using eGifter Rewards. The platform is incredibly easy to use, making the entire process of sending rewards completely seamless. Their selection of gift cards ensures there is always something for everyone, but the Choice Card is a total game-changer for ultimate flexibility. On top of that, the reporting tools are highly reliable, and tracking delivery is completely foolproof. It has made our rewards program efficient and stress-free!

Search for orders does not work and Scheduling to deliver an eGift at a later time also does not work

1. I ordered an eGift to be delivered at a later time. But the email wasn't delivered to the recipient at the scheduled time. When I went to the site to follow up on my orders within a day, I didn't see any of my recent orders. Not by my name, not by the recipient name, nor by the date, nothing. It was frustrating to not be able to see what happened to my order.

Michelle, thanks for your feedback, but not to worry! You can type in $7.00 on any of the cards--you are not limited to the preset buttons, those are just there for convenience. The organization who sent you the gift card chose the $7.00 amount for Nurse's Week. We hope you'll give it another try as you can certainly use the entire amount.

I never got an email with the gift card


I never got an email with the gift card in it. It would be nice to be able to use the gift card that I received. This is the second one that I have received, and I have had trouble with both.
