The worst customer service
The worst customer service. I am travelling in business from Barcelona to Hurghada via Cairo and need wheelchair assistance. I have been trying all day to call their local number in Spain 915 488 645, and I either get either a message that all agents are busy and they hang up or that the call center reopens after 15.00 in spite of calling after 15.00. The worst customer service ever.

I'm so sorry for that , Sir, but i think that you got confused as we are the travel agency Egiptari , no the egyptain Airline Egyptair.
