I ordered something in February. It still hasn’t come and for nearly a month. The team keeps telling me it’s coming. It’s coming wait for a follow-up from the courier and the courier has not got back to them since then. I’ve asked for a refund. I’ve asked them to repost it and I keep getting the same generic response and it’s really frustrating me as I’m currently pregnant.

This company is a complete scam! I sent an order back. They tried saying that not all items were returned. They asked for a postage receipt which I gave them which has the weight of the parcel on there so they can see what was sent back. They agreed to refund me, I never was refunded. I chased it and chased it and then they said there was a mistake their end. Anyway I was only partly refunded and so I am still arguing with them over email. Their team are so unhelpful! I would avoid this company now!

I ordered from here and spent extra for expedited shipping and for it to arrive in 2-3 business days. It ended up being stuck in customs for weeks and then I got a bill in the mail from fed ex telling me that I owe them $47 for the customs fees. When I reached out to Ego they told me they aren’t responsible for that fee and that if I didn’t want to owe fed ex then I could return the items to them. Which makes no sense!! Now some items that was not only be for my bday vacation and it came weeks later , the cheap items ended up costing me double. Such a waste!! Horrible company! Horrible customer service policies! I would NEVER purchase from them again!!! BEWARE!!!

DONT BUY FROM HERE!! They will rip you off if you try to return items by charging you double the amount its supposed to cost. Very dodgy...

Ich habe das erste und LETZTE mal dort bestellt.
Zurückgeschickt habe ich billige Ware, die für viel Geld verkauft wird. Retourkosten bezahlt der Kunde selbst mit der KREDITKARTE!! Und noch on Top werden einem bei der Gutschrift die anfänglichen Portokosten abgezogen mit solch einer bodenlosen Frechheit und Selbstverständlichkeit wie ich das noch nie erlebt habe!
Doppelte Abzocke der Versandkosten!!
Sehr schlechter und sturer Service. Kundenservice ist dort fremd!
Nie wieder, Finger weg von dieser Firma!

Update... Thankfully my issue has been resolved. I have been issue the correct amount for my refund.
Update..... after I posted about the problems with my order i was contacted via email. I was sent a return label to return the damaged and incorrect items I received. My return amount was suppose to be $61.57 but they only returned $34. Im confused about the rest of my money. This company is a rip off.

Hallo zusammen, ich bin sehr unzufrieden mit diesem Unternehmen, da viele Aspekte verschwiegen werden und ein schlechten Kundenservice hat. Die Retour einer Bestellung kann nur mit einer Kreditkarte gezahlt werden, da ich keine habe musste ich jemanden fragen ob er dies übernehmen kann. Nach fristgerechter Rücksendung bekam ich mehrmals eine Mahnung zzgl. Mahngebühren. Nach der ersten habe ich direkt Kontakt zum Unternehmen aufgenommen die mir mitteilte, die Rücksendung sei bereit angekommen müsste noch bearbeitet werden. Daraufhin folgten die nächsten Mahnungen. Es kam schließlich die "letzte Mahnung" und niemand konnte mir weiterhelfen bzw. diese Angelegenheit klären/stornieren. So habe ich diese Gebühren gezahlt um höhere Kosten zu vermeiden und dieses Chaos zu beenden! Ich werde dort keine Bestellungen mehr aufgeben und mein Kundenkonto deaktivieren und auch nicht weiterempfehlen !!!
