Great product!

This is the third heater I have purchased since 2013. I have been very happy with this product since I found them. The two older heaters are still working fine and I have never had any problems with them over the years.

Easy to navigate and good information at fingertips

The customer service person was helpful in the decision-making process to buy a new heater. I appreciated his letting me talk through the options.

Purchased property with 4 wall heaters in it. The bathroom heater doesn't work. Purchased in 2017. Warrantee covering with me paying shipping to have repair done. Meanwhile, cold bathroom. Hope other wall heaters continue to work well.

It couldn't be easier the process of choosing the product, getting a discount, paying and can't wait to have the heater at home.

It's one of the only heaters that does a good job. One thing I don't like is that when the power goes out and comes back on, the heater stays off until you turn it back on. That I don't like. Otherwise it's a good heater.

You did not accept my 10% discount code. I would have preferred not to create an account. You should allow people to make purchases without creating an account

I like the heater but it only lasted a couple of years and we live in Florida. It should last 10 years at least. Very disappointed but am ordering another.
