They,the staff, were extremely efficient in taking samples. The trainee who was understandably nervous did a good job at making me and I suppose others at ease.
Results came back promptly with good straight forward explanatory notes.

Very impressed with the professionalism, empathetic and understanding the staff were. The process was quick, easy and efficient I was out in 10 minutes.
