They are always very reliable

They are always very reliable. I've been ordering from them for years. They are the only seller who bothers to distinguish that state law allows vape accessories to be shipped to residents. Only e-liquid and products that contain nic are banned, but no other supplier I have found will let me check out with glass, coils or mods. Without them I would have to drive at least 45 minutes each way to the nearest vape shop. I'm very grateful.

Fast shipping

Eightvape used to be great

Eightvape used to be great, but has gone way downhill. The website is very buggy and I have had lots of issues over the years. Can't even log into my account, but it doesn't really matter. The new shipping policies and carriers kind of suck. Their loyalty program doesn't really work because it never gives a better discount than the random codes that are available online. I've been a customer for over 6 years and have never used a loyalty code. It deserves and inspires ZERO loyalty. They usually have the best pricing but everything else is as annoying as flies in your ear.

The only place I buy from

I love eight vape! I ONLY order from them.
I've never, ever had any problems and my orders are always correct and delivered within a week every time.
I usually buy enough to get the free shipping option but even if you don't shipping isn't ridiculous like some other sites try to charge you.
On the very few occasions (over years) that I've had to reach out to customer service I received an answer back within less than a day and my issue was resolved within hours.
I cannot recommend them enough if you shop online for vapes.

I use to think they were an awesome


I use to think they were an awesome company. But recently they had an issue with their website where they apparently lost access to customer accounts. I had over 8k points, but was told as long as I reregister my account with the same email I originally used then the points would be added back to my account. Ok cool. Well they finally "added" my points back, but apparently they decided you don't get all the points you earned back. Instead you get x= (old points/5)*2 = %40 of their original value. They do not appreciate your loyalty, just your money.

Deleted account

I love the prices and most of the time its speedy delivery, but when I went to make my last purchase my entire account had been deleted and showed no record of having it or my email even though I get emails from this company so I lost all my rewards points and had to make a new account.
