Only been on the multi vitamin for a few weeks but I honestly can sense a difference already especially in my mood.

I must admit I was a bit worried about having to swallow two large tablets everyday, but these are so easy. They are soft and are shaped in a way that actually makes it a pleasant experience. After a few weeks now I am feeling great, my knee pains went away, I am energetic and my mood is stable. Fantastic suplement, one that I can commit to effortlessly.

I just wanted to write and let everyone know how extremely grateful I am for the Essential 8 supplements!
I've been plant based for almost 5 years. The reason I became plant based was mostly for health reasons caused by work related stress, but I didn't realize how my hair was also thinning. When I was made aware that my hair was thinning, I was in shock and sad because I was still young and can't believe my hair was falling.
Fast forward 5 years, I still have enough hair, so the parts that are thinned out are not too noticeable. I tried different products and different vitamins for hair growth and for hormones that are vegan. I used those products for almost 3 years, and I saw some growth but not much change. I also figured that my diet would help in some way.
Two years into the pandemic and I saw Simon talk about helping our body be strong and healthy especially for a plant-based person and talk about the nutrients that we need. So earlier this year, I decided to buy the vitamins but the whole mail system with the USA was dumb, so my order kept being delayed and I kept getting frustrated. I only received 2 months’ worth and then decided to cancel because of the frustration of getting them two months later. When I got the vitamins, I didn't take them right away because I was still taking the other supplements. So, I just kept them for later.
This summer I got sick with COVID for the first time in the past 2 years. It was bad, but I was able to be home and get through it. But after the 5 days of sickness, I was mad that I didn't reinforce my immune system and didn't take the supplements necessary to help my body fight the virus better. By this time, I had already stopped taking all other supplements, so I decided to start taking Essential 8. I definitely had COVID brain because I was taking one capsule a day before I realized 3 weeks later that it needs to be two capsules. But the amazing part is that even though I was only taking one capsule a day, I started to notice hair growth! And it was only 3 weeks! After I started taking both capsules, I notice more and more hair growth! I cannot believe it! Years of me trying everything and not much difference and just a little over a month of taking Essential 8 and there is so much hair growth! It honestly makes me extremely happy and full of gratitude!
I’ve also noticed that I have become stronger, physically. It’s been an amazing experience all around.
I just wanted to write this review because I am so grateful that I get my hair back after all these years!!! Thank you for all the hard work and for literally changing lives!!

I have been keen on trying the Vegan multi-nutrient that has been formulated by the master Simon Hill for some time now. Instead of having to use many different sources to hit my marks, I can now relax with this perfect all in one! It is wonderful to get everything you need in a capsule! I love that the courier fee is not charged to New Zealand when my order is over $100.
The auto payment option with regular delivery intervals suits me.

After 2 weeks I received the supplements. I know I'm at North America, it takes a while, after being spoiled by Amazon 1 - 2 days delivery... LOL
Also I'm glad to read there will be a distribution center at North America to speed up the delivery.

Hello, I don’t want to put less than 5 star because It’s not your fault but I have a small complain. I live in Spain and when I received my Essential 8 in the post office I had to pay another 23€ for customs. If I knew it before I wouldn’t have bought it (essential 8+shipment+customs is too much).
Do you have any idea if I could find essential 8 in Europe so I don’t have to pay customs?
